Undvika ratten och vind ner i ett bekvämt och höft strandhus bara ett stenkast från stranden. (STRAND ÖVER VÄGEN, 50M APPROX.)
Koppla av med en plats med strandfiske eller bara lata dig i solen på stranden medan du läser en bra bok! eller bara titta ut mot havet och se vågorna rulla in på stranden av den vackra Warrain Beach. Eller gå upp till utsikten vid Penguin Head för en plats med valskådning, även se valar från husets balkong!

Det finns många klubbar i området att välja mellan där du kan äta ute eller bara chatta med de vänliga lokalbefolkningen medan du har en dryck du väljer.
Ta en tur till de många andra spännande platserna i Jervis Bay-området: Huskisson, Vincentia, Currawong och Callala Bay and Beach för att bara nämna några. Hämta några färska ostron på Greenwell Point ... väldigt smaskiga!

Culburra Beach är en naturlig under med sina vackra gyllene sandstränder som är idealiska för både surfare och boogie boarders. HUSDJURSVÄNLIGA.

Culburra Beach Surf Club:
Det finns också en surfklubb med live-sparare att vakta över dig (Live-sparare kan bara vara säsongsbetonade). Surfklubben ligger bara 200 meter från huset och det är känt för sina fantastiska evenemang och bröllopsfunktioner ... kom och gifta dig på stranden!

för båtälskare: huset ligger bara en kort 5 km bilresa till Orient Point båtramp. Det finns också många andra båtramper i området, Callala Bay och bassängen för att bara nämna ett par.

köket är mycket mysigt och fågelung och välutrustat för alla dina kulinariska behov. Mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin finns också.
Sitt på balkongen på natten och fånga den vackra havsbrisen och lyssna på det lugnande ljudet från vågorna kraschar vid stränderna på Warrain Beach. Och under dagarna, gå över vägen till strandbanan som leder direkt till stranden, ca. 50 m promenad. för ett snabbt dopp, kom sedan tillbaka till husets bekvämligheter.
detta hus passar perfekt för ett par familjer eftersom det finns två drottningssängar, två dubbelsängar och 4 enkelsängar.
Det finns en tvättstuga med tvättmaskin tillhandahålls. Det finns också ett strykjärn och bräda.
Det finns tre toaletter och två badrum, ett med ett stort badkar i klosfodrad stil för att lugna dina värkande muskler. det finns också två stora däck för att njuta av naturen, det främre däck har utsikt över vattnet på stranden och en utomhusmiljö med grill.

Wonderful stay

Tom is a great host with wonderful communication. The location is ideal, just walk across the road and down the path to the beautiful beach. The front deck, you could sit on it for hours & look out to sea. The kitchen is well equipped and the fireplace gives out a fantastic warmth.

Comfortable family home

Beautiful winter holiday, enjoyed the fire place at night, sitting on the deck looking out at the ocean, beach access across the road! Lots of rooms to choose from and space for kids to enjoy downtime! 15minute walk to penguin head look out every day, shops near by plus Woolworths. 30 minutes to jervis bay. Loved our stay.

Perfect property for extended family

Very clean and comfortable place, in an ideal location. Fabulous living area and awesome 5 burner stove! The massive front veranda and the games room were well utilised. The kids (and dogs!!) loved the huge backyard. Tom was excellent to communicate with.

Awesome stay, great location!!

What a great stay at Paradise by the Beach! Nice house, very spacious, large backyard and 2 decks! Perfect for families or large groups. Nicely presented and clean. The adults spent most of the time out on the front deck relaxing and taking in the views and the kids hung out on the back deck and backyard. Short stroll to the beach which was great! Kitchen is well equipped. Good range of dvds, novels and games. Tom you are awesome! Def will be back!

Amazing views, comfortable and cozy home!

We spent 6 nights/7 blissful days at Paradise by the Beach and although we had a few rainy days, the house was big and comfortable enough for our big family. The kids loved the games room and spent most of their time there while the adults hung out in the deck relaxing while having a drink. We also had a stroll through Warrain Beach and the kids had a ball collecting beautiful shells for their collection. We are already planning pur next holiday here next year! Thanks for your hospitality and easygoing nature Tom!

Gorgeous retreat/ Perfect beach house!

Absolutely gorgeous property with ocean views and FIREPLACE! The photos absolutely don’t do it justice on how cosy the place actually is. The en-suite bedroom mattress was LUSH, we had one of our best sleeps there I have to say. Good selection of books and movies, love that I can prepare food and watch the ocean waves crashing at the same time. Quiet streets, amazing location. Awesome selection of pots and pans, great showers, beautiful deck which I’m hoping to utilize when La Niña is over. Great and fast response from Tom, will definitely be back very soon :)

Family Holiday

The property was very close to the beach, spacious, had a games room that the kids loved, a big back yard if they chose to kick a ball around, plenty of bathrooms, a close drive to the shops, wifi access was also handy. It was just a shame that we caught the bad weather in the last days there so very hard to get to see a lot of places as planned but as the manager had said "unfortunately he cannot predict the weather or control it". Everyone had a good time while there and would do it again sometime in the future

The Best for Beach and Warm and Cosy

As a family, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Walk to the beach, able to light the fire to be warm and cosy on the cool evenings, and to enjoy the lovely deck looking out to ocean. Just a small negative, I think it needs a little TLC. However, we loved our and would stay again, Chris

Lots to appreciate but some issues

There's a lot to appreciate about this house - everything that other reviewers have mentioned (location near beach, large enclosed dog friendly yard, all bed linen provided, good hot water, etc). There were also a few things that we brought to the attention of the owner during our stay (old microwave that stopped working; small, old and rusty BBQ that wasn't usable; very old and scratched kitchenware (that we could only use by lining with foil); and a light fitting dropped out of the ceiling. While communication with the owner was prompt, he didn't really address any of these issues apart from the BBQ (a replacement is on the cards). Other things to be aware of if you stay: the kitchen is very small for a large group (there were 9 of us). There is no storage for groceries apart from the fridge. The crockery and cutlery provided is fairly ad hoc. Most of the pots and pans we found unusable. There is sparse serving utensils or dishes. Given how well the remainder of the house has been outfitted, it was a shame the kitchen aspects let it down for us.

Relaxing

This property has lots of separate spaces for large groups to spread out + great communal areas. 9 -10 people could sit around the table for meals. It also has a lovely view of the ocean from the deck & is a close walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again.
