Welcome to Casa Nova Getaway, a stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat in beautiful New Smyrna Beach. Less than a 5-minute drive from shopping and dining and just minutes to the sand, this home combines comfort, convenience, and fun-filled amenities for the perfect Florida vacation.

Step inside to an open-concept living area where the kitchen, dining, and living spaces flow seamlessly together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the dining table and cozy seating area with smart TV create a warm and inviting space to gather after a day of sun and surf.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the first guest room also includes a queen, and the second guest room offers a full bed—providing sleeping space for up to six guests. Two full bathrooms ensure everyone has the space and privacy they need. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

The backyard is where Casa Nova Getaway truly shines. Spend your afternoons lounging by the private, seasonally heated pool or take a refreshing rinse in the outdoor shower. A hammock, fire pit with seating area, and fenced yard create the perfect setting for both relaxation and evening gatherings.

For beach days, the home is stocked with linens, towels, and beach chairs, so you're ready to hit the shore at a moment's notice. And yes, Casa Nova Getaway is pet-friendly so your furry companion can join in the fun too.

All cancellations, regardless of cancelation policy, are less our standard booking fee and initial deposit to cover the expense of processing your initial payment. Thank you for understanding!

If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $150 a week or $300 for a month long rental (per pet). This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. :)
