Cesar the host is one of the best host I had ever encountered at VRBO and Air B & B. Very accommodating and easy to communicate. Friend and family had came and stayed there for music event. We will stay again at Cesar house for next events. Thanks for letting us stay.

Nice!!

We had a great stay at this property! The house was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. Ceasar was an excellent host—extremely responsive and even stopped by in person when we had a minor issue with the key. The home is located in a quiet, peaceful community and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

Dissatisfied

I was truly dissatisfied with the stay for the following reasons: the house was clearly still occupied by the owner, as their personal belongings were all over the place, which made the experience very uncomfortable for me and my family. Additionally, the property is located far from the city, which made our stay less enjoyable.

The house was nice enough. Modern appliances. What prevents it from rating great is dated furniture, lighting etc. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating.

Everything We Needed

Cesar was the perfect host. The house had everything we needed and more (including garage parking for our motorcycles). The proximity to COTA was perfect. I highly recommend!

Great host

I attended a five day function at Circuit of the Americas and this house could not have been more convenient as it was just minutes away. My host Cesar , could not have done a better job and I highly recommend Cesar and his property for anyone needing accommodations in the area.

Excellent location for Cota

Everything worked out very well for us, as expected. There were only five of us in this day so we were very comfortable with the bedroom accommodations. Caesar, was very attentive to our that came up as we stayed there but, responding to us very quickly each time. We were there to attend NASCAR races that weekend and the location only could have been better if we were next to the track. Haha.

The house was great and we felt comfortable. We were going to a concert at the Circuit of the Americas and this place was a couple of miles down the road. I would not recommend if you are traveling to Austin. It is still another 20 minute drive to get there. It fits quite a few people but it wasn't a lot with us.

We had a great stay for some racing at COTA. The house is located just a few minutes from the track which made it easy for going back and forth to the track.

Great Austin House

Very nice Austin house that is clean and well stocked for our stay. The beds were comfy and they provided extra air mattresses and bedding to accommodate our needs. We stayed 4 nights for a big car show at the Travis county expo. We travel to Austin regular and would stay again! TY Cesar!

Came for the NSCAR race with 2 other couples. Found Cesar’s house last minute and it was perfect. He answered any questions I had in a timely manner and was very courteous. Will be back.

I loved the location near COTA as i'm a concert and Motorsports enthusiast! I really liked that commute to downtown when i lived here was just 20 minutes and the airport is but a 5 minute drive when I needed to travel.
