Våra bekväma och välutrustade fritidshus ligger halvvägs mellan Medelhavet och 5-6 pyreneiska skidorter. Allt detta och mycket mer kan nås inom 30-50 minuter. Huset innehåller sex rum på två våningar, 135 kvadratmeter. Det är bra för släktträffar, men är också perfekt för 3-4 par som reser tillsammans, och är mysigt nog för bara två. En separat ingång till var och en av 2 våningar. Huset är svalt på sommaren och varmt på vintern. Har en inhägnad trädgård med grillplats. Vi har ett spelrum med ett bord för bordtennis. Vägen från Perpignan kantas av äpple, persika och aprikos fruktträdgårdar som börjar blommande mars - det är en vy! Stadens centrum, en 10-minuters promenad, har en hel del restauranger - väl värt ett besök - och alla nödvändiga affärer, banker och bankomater, 2 mycket bra stormarknader och en organisk stormarknad, säljer ett stort utbud av hela livsmedel och lokala ekologiskt vin . En stor kommunala pool och tennisbanor finns i 1 km.

Hur ta sig dit: Med flyg: Vårt hus ligger bara 40 km från flygplatsen i Perpignan. Det finns också fem andra flygplatser inom en 3-timmars bilresa: Girona, Carcassone, Montpellier, Barcelona och Toulouse. Med järnväg: Du kan använda Eurostar och TGV till Perpignan. Och när du har kommit hit - du kan antingen använda den lokala järnvägen till Prades (stationen är i 700 m från huset) eller hyra en bil (det finns ett garage i huset och även en parkeringsplats framför porten ). I vilket fall som helst som inte kommer att ta dig mer än 45 minuter - under den mest hektiska tiden på säsongen. Med bil: vi är i 39 km från motorväg A9 som länkar Barcelona med centrala Frankrike.

Platser att besöka: Villefranche de Conflent En vacker medeltida stad med komplett befästa murar. Det finns också stalaktiter grottor på en km avstånd från staden. Och själva staden är utgångspunkten för en tur på gula tåget, sannolikt är den största attraktionen i området. Du kan rida i öppna eller slutna topp vagnar beundra den hisnande utsikten. Abbeys på St Martin de Canigou & St Michel de Cuxa är fantastiska exempel på romansk arkitektur i vackra platser. Den 1. 3 km långa vägen till St Michel de Cuxa börjar nästan från porten till huset. Tautavel Museum, som tros vara platsen för den äldsta människa i Europa. Spektakulär panoramautsikt kan avnjutas i Les Lacs des Bouillouses där du kan få med stollift. Perfume Tower i Mosset, kan organformade bergen nära Ille-sur-Tet nås på 15 minuter, Solar Ugn i 40 mi

OTHR aktiviteter: Dykning vid Argeles, Banyuls, Port Vendres, Bacares, St Cyprien och Collioure. Golf i Marcevol (10 km, 9 hål) och på Font Romeu - 9 håls golfbana på en vacker fjällmiljö. St Cyprien-Plage på kusten har en 27-håls golfbana. Spa och termalbad i Vernet-les-Bains (Rheumatology) och Molitg-les-Bains (Respiratory sjukdomar och hudsjukdomar). Utestående naturliga svavelhaltiga varma källorna i underbar utomhus fjällmiljö i St Thomas les Bains. Fiske - öring, lax, karpar och gäddor. Det finns 2 sjöar i och runt Prades. Och mycket mer -Vid ett visst avstånd. Walking - all förmåga promenader finns i överflöd från din dörr! Också inom räckhåll är de fyra naturreservat av Py, Mantet, Nyer och Jujois, liksom Carlit Massif, en mycket populär region för promenader GR10 kust till kust-banan och den pyreneiska vägen över massivet. Dessutom har flera toppmöten är tillgängliga för promenader samt utmanande klipp klättrar.

Very comfortable charming villa with gorgeous view

Me and my husband spent 9 nights at the villa, and we enjoyed every minute of our romantic getaway! We easily found the villa location and we were really surprised by the nice, peaceful, restful atmosphere around. It was always a safe parking place for our car in front of the villa's window. We had no problems with parking. The villa is a large, comfortable house with 4 nice bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds). This villa is suitable for a large family with children or few couples. It has 2 bathrooms. We liked very much an elegant living room with breathtaking mountains view. I enjoyed impressive sunrises from the balcony accompanied by the bells from a nearby monastery. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary things. For me it was a great pleasure to cook a delicious breakfasts and dinners in the well thought-out kitchen (almost like I have at home). Dishwashing machine, fridge, electric stove, pots, different pans, coffee maker, french press, beautiful wine glasses, condiments for cooking - we had everything we could think of. The villa has a small, very cute garden with oven grill and garden furniture. We had a great pleasure in cooking barbecue in the garden with mountains views, surrounded by greenery (even mimosa were blooming!), the singing birds and the crystal clear air. There were excellent wi-fi throughout the villa, HD-television, DVD-player in the living room. The villa is equipped with modern air conditioners. There is one super cool thing - table for ping pong! We had a couple of emotional ping pong games :) There are a lot of supermarkets not far away from the villa. We preferred Carrefour and Auchan. There are a lot of places of interest to visit (especially with children). We are big fans of hiking and we were happy to find out not far from the villa a lot of beautiful routes to conquer. I definitely want to go back and spend a few weeks in the summer in this very beautiful and quiet area. We dream to come back to this place with our children - perfect nature, delicious food, fruits and vegetables from the farms around, safe and peaceful atmosphere, comfortable house, a lot of interesting places to visit - ideal for relaxation. We are grateful for the well-appointed house, where really want to go back.

Sympa mais...

Les + : logement fonctionnel, jolie vue, calme, bien placé, accepte les chiens. Prix correct. Les - : pas nickel en terme de propreté (vaisselle et poussière sur les meubles), ni entretenu au niveau extérieur. Certains voisins peu aimables (mais ça, personne ne choisit). Les"pas de bol" : lave vaisselle pas fonctionnel tout au long du séjour. Toutefois, mention spéciale pour la dame qui est en charge du ménage, très réactive et gentille qui essayait de trouver des solutions. Maison plus adaptée pour 8 qu'à 10. Les enfants ont adoré de dormir sur les futons/canapé convertible, les adultes n'auraient pas pu en terme de confort.

Familieverblijf

Het huis was heel mooi gelegen; we hadden een mooi uitzicht op de bergen en het stadje Prades. Parkeergelegenheid was enkel op straat want om binnen te rijden, was de stoep wel iets te hoog. Er was weinig communicatie qua buitenzetten van vuilnis en dergelijke. Verder viel het binnenkomen dik tegen vermits alles muf rook. Ook de 2 slaapkamers in de 'kelder' waren wel een ontgoocheling. Alles verliep enkel via mail en er was geen persoonlijke communicatie met de verhuurder van het pand. Het koken in huis was quasi onmogelijk vermits er veel te weinig kookgerei was: 1 kookpot voor 7 personen is wel heel weinig te noemen. De airco werkte heel af en toe wat jammer was. De woning zou zeker meer opgewaardeerd kunnen worden wanneer er een aantal renovatiewerken zouden gebeuren.

du pour et du contre....

Belle situation de la maison dans Prades, proche du centre ville. Maison initialement bien aménagée mais il est regrettable qu'aucun entretien extérieur et intérieur ne soit fait régulièrement. La maison se dégrade peu à peu, c'est certainement dû à l'absence de passage régulier de la propriétaire. Communication avec la propriétaire compliquée car elle ne réside pas en France. Il a fallu le soutien d'Abritel.

Pas d’accueil personnalisé. Pas de chauffage à notre arrivée. Réveil à 7h tous les matins par l’alarme réveil du voisin avec sonnerie pendant 45mn. Sinon maison agréable

Perfect family location

It was our second stay at this house. This time we were with our 5 months baby - girl. I was afraid that it will be difficult to travel with the baby, but I worried in vain - all was perfect. We had everything we could think of. Amazing weather, silence, clean, fresh air, well-equipped, clean, cozy house, always ready to help, friendly manager. Especially I liked the kitchen - I'm fond of cooking. I could cook with comfort everything I wanted, even very delicious burgers, using tefal grill. Our baby enjoyed sleeping under the apricot tree in the very nice garden. We had very romantic dinners at the balcony with my husband after our daughter fell asleep. We are very greatful to the owner for the solicitude, care for guests with the child. We are definitly recommend this property to our friends, and I'm sure we are going to visit it not once again! It was a wonderful family vacation!

Practical, pleasant in Prades!

This property has all the basic requirements for a stay in the Prades area. It sleeps 8 comfortably but could sleep 11 using available bed. Anna was excellent at keeping in touch and ensuring that all questions were answered. The aircon is a godsend in the hotter months - the temperature at night rarely dropped below 20 degrees! Many places of interest to visit close by. Prades itself is an unusual mix of locals and visitors and for such a small place is very busy. Plenty of places to eat. The walk back from town is OK - just the last uphill bit that catches your breath! We went to Andorra for a few days and that was different too. Be sure to go to the thermal baths at Saint Thomas. Smelly (sulphur) but enjoyable. The house has most of the facilities required for a stay. The garden is compact and the BBQ came in handy on a few occasions. All in all a pleasant rental that would suit a family visiting the area.

A wonderful place

The house is very clean and well equipped. You will find everything you need for preparing dinner etc. in the kitchen. The view from the balcony is really great and we have enjoyed sitting on it also in the evening, watching the sunset over the mountains and the lights of Prades. The small town is not overcrowded by tourists. However, there is a busy life in town, especially on the market place with a few restaurants and bars and you can meet friendly people from almost all over the world . Prades suits for making trips to different directions with a great viarity of both nature and cultural attractions. We have been in the house for two weeks twice. At the first time, we had a visit of our grown up children for a few days and this year we spent our holidays as a 'simple' couple living on the first floor only. We will come back soon and would absolutely recommend this property to anybody who likes French 'Savoir Vivre'! Thanks to Anna, who always gave us all the necessary support. Lovely comfortable house.

We love the house and the place, so are going to come back again - for the third time! Last time we were 5: 3 adults with 2 kids. We occupied all 4 bedrooms and were happy. I think this villa can accommodate up to 8 - in comfort or even 10 people, if part of them are kids. We adored the view and were spending much time on the balcony. The view is really gorgeous! We enjoyed barbeque in the garden and even ate apricots from the tree! We like the furnishing, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Our kids played ping-pong almost every day. We explored thermal baths and spa centers of the region and found 3 great places within easy reach. The one we liked most of all was St Thomas thermal resort with an open-air pool located in the most picturesque surroundings. We went to the sea several times though were not lucky about the weather. We also had an intensive sight seeing program: St Michael abbey (walked on foot), Royal Palace in Collioure (drive by car, about 40 min), Perfume Tower in Mosset (by car, 15 min), a beautiful artists’ village of Eus (by car, 5 min), ramparts of Villefranche (10 min by car), and Prades itself is a charming little town with very friendly people. We enjoyed Tuesday markets and bought a lot of things that were not quite necessary but somewhat irresistible. In a nutshell: it’s a great place for all ages. And we will like to come again this summer or autumn.
