You'll have access to the entire apartment, as well as the Gym located on one of the lower floors of the building. Parking is offered depending on availability for an additional cost.
There are CCTVs along the hallways and common areas of the building for security reasons but rest assured that your unit doesnât have any.

Government-issued Photo ID is required upon booking confirmation.
Other services offered:
Early check-in/late check-out - $25/hour
Pets - $25 per pet, per night (if listing permits and subject to approval since not all dog breeds are allowed.)
Additional Guests - $50/night
Parking (pending availability, please let us know if you require parking) - $20/night
Please note that the Host's approval is required beforehand for any additional services.
Please inform us at least 24 hours before your stay if you need extra towels, sheets, pillows, or an air mattress. Note that we will not provide any additional towels or dish pods beyond what is already supplied.
