 LĂ€genhet sover 10 personer med ett sovrum (queen size-sĂ€ng) nere, 2 sovrum pĂ„ övervĂ„ningen (queen size-sĂ€ng i en och dubbel och tvilling i den andra). Barn Ă€lskar pĂ„ övervĂ„ningen med sina tvilling- och rulla sĂ€ngar .. Även om huset sover 10, kan mer Ă€n sex vuxna kĂ€nna sig trĂ„ngt!
Badkar med dusch och badkar pÄ varje vÄning. Utanför sluten dusch har varmt vatten. DÀck har vacker klar utsikt över Pawleys Creek. Havet kan ses frÄn sovrummen pÄ övervÄningen. Wifi och 3 TV-apparater ingÄr.
De flesta föredrar att ta med egna lakan och handdukar. Prata med Àgaren om detta eftersom de kan vara inredda.

Pawley's Island Nostalgia!

We love how comfortable and family friendly this hime is. It has geat access to the beach and the upper end of the island has plenty of beach at high tide! It is a reminder of the quieter days of Pawley's!

This was our first trip to Pawleys Island. We had a wonderful stay at Sandy Flats. The house is older but very clean and comfortable. It is an easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the convenience of nearby grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Thanks so much Nancy for a great stay. We hope to return.

Lovely Stay

Sandy Flats

We had a wonderful time at Sandy Flats. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The beach wasn't crowded and the water in late June was still refreshing. We saw lots of marine life and shells. The view of the marsh was beautiful. A great place to see the sunset and watch the birds. The beds were comfy and gave our family of 5 plenty of options. We even had enough beds for the cousins to stay over one night. There are close grocery stores and restaurants. Nancy was wuick to answer any questions we had. There were beach chairs, beach toys, a baby swing, kids swing, and porch swing to enjoy. The outdoor shower was great to rinse off in before going in the house. It was a perfect place for us. We will back again.

Lovely Pawley's Beach House

Loved our stay at Sandy Flats...if you like old school Pawley's Island, you will love this house. Unmatched creek views and 3 minute walk to the beach with easy access. Nancy is a wonderful host and very communicative...also a brilliant artist with her works throughout the house. We had everything we needed and had a relaxed stay. As the saying goes, it is arrogantly shabby which in my book is a great thing. Well stocked and comfortable. Will be back.

Great Stay at Sandy Flats

For the price, you really can't ask for much more. The property was clean and we found everything in working order. The property owner was very gracious and helpful when we couldn't figure out how to open the key box. The mattresses could stand to be replaced, but again, for the price we paid, you can't expect luxury. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to spend a relaxing time enjoying the beach and family.

Wonderful Week

My family, black lab and I had a great week at Sandy Flat. The house was everything we needed and was very comfortable. We came to the beach to truly relax and this house didn’t disappoint. Wonderful views from the deck overlooking the marsh and a nice screened in porch for those rainy afternoon showers. After sitting on the beach all day, it was also nice to come back and hammock in the breeze under the house. If you have an Eno, I suggest you bring it! The house was clean and had a kitchen with everything needed, which was nice as we mostly stay in for meals. Nancy was a pleasure to communicate with and we are already planning for a trip next year. Thank you for sharing Sandy Flat for others to enjoy.

Pawleys Perfect Rustic Perfection

Perfect location, rustic but charming, great beach access, and has everything you need in the house for a good beach week. Close to Brookgreen Gardens and also fantastic seafood restaurants. Would stay here again for sure!!

Vacation at Sandy Flat, Pawleys Island

This little cabin is clean and has a good location, even though it’s not on the beach- it’s a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is very small, two people are crowded in it. The main sitting area has old uncomfortable furniture. Slide glass door needs to be replaced.

I grew up in Greenville SC Where I graduated from GHS and Furman University . After graduation I taught high school math and science in Charleston before marriying and moving to Georgetown, SC.
My husband and I had 2 children. After his untimely death at the age of 42, I became a New York Life agent retiring in 2000.
At 54 I started taking cello lessons and currently play in 2 orchestras. I am a “member with excellence” and former president of the South Carolina Watermedia Society.
I am currently married to Terry Agner, a retired Lutheran pastor. We are the grandparents of 7 grandchildren and divide our time between Georgetown and Asheville, NC

My family has been coming to Pawleys since I was a young child. I learned “early on” what a special place it is!
When you book our property, please tell me a little about you and what you expect from your stay at Sandy Flat.

We have a beautiful marsh view and enjoy watching the tides, birds and sunsets. Beach access is adjacent to our property.
