This modern 1-bedroom apartment features a bright and comfortable design, perfect for couples or solo travelers. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a private balcony where you can enjoy fresh air and natural light. The building offers common areas such as a swimming pool, BBQ area, and gym.

Self check-in with 24/7 doorman.

-After 9:00 PM, we maintain a calm environment so everyone can rest well. Please avoid loud sounds in the common areas.
-Drinks are not allowed in the pool area, but you are welcome to enjoy them at the beach.
-Pets are not allowed. If you are traveling with one, please note that additional charges may apply.
-Upon arrival, all guests are required to pay a fee of 30,000 COP per person in cash at the buildingâs front desk. Please make sure to bring the exact amount corresponding to the total number of guests.
