Privately owned furnished condo in the heart of downtown Seattle. Next to convention center. Minutes from Pike Place market, shopping mall, restaurants and bars. Perfect location for business or leisure travel
With its prime location, this condo offers a great stay in Seattle for business travelers, families, couples or a group upto 6; perfect for short term or extended stays.
THE SPACE
• Fully equipped kitchen including dishes, pots and pan.
• Start your mornings with a hot cup of coffee with a fully stocked coffee station
• Renovated Bathroom and kitchen
• Dining space
• Purified water system for your drinking water.
• LED TV with Netflix
• Wireless High Speed Internet
• Typically you don't need fans/AC in Seattle. To make your stay comfortable, unit provides an Air cooler available in Summer. Fans in each room are available throughout the year.
• Please note we have a 3 night minimum
GUEST ACCESS
• Entire condo
• 2 rooftop decks with sweeping views of downtown Seattle.
• Coin operated Laundry room
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
• Secured garage parking in the adjacent building is available for $30/night
• Early or late check-in may be available for an additional $50
• Please schedule your check-in time atleast 3 days in advance

INTERACTION WITH THE GUEST
The building requires host to check the guests in so I will meet you at the building reception, get you checked in and answer any questions you may have. Please let me know your check in time at least 2 days prior to check in. I am available via text, phone, email between 7AM and 10PM. I am happy to help you in any way I can to make your Seattle visit a memorable one.
Other things to note
We have a strictly enforced 3 night minimum for all reservations (required by the Homeowners Association); We also have a strict no smoking, no parties and no pets policy, use of any recreational drugs and underaged alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on the premises; Parking, portacribs and cleaning services during your stay are available for an extra fee. Please ask in advance for these additional items; Please arrange your check-in time at least a week in advance. Our check-in hours are 3-10pm. There is a $50 fee for early check-ins or check-ins after 10pm. There is a $100 per night penalty for each unregistered guest. Replacement fees for lost/unreturned keys:
First set of lost/unreturned keys fob $250
Any additional set $75 and a $100 for non returned parking remote, fob.
