Upscale contemporary vibe with peaceful and relaxing decor. Perfect for family or friends who want to have their own space or break bread together. The rain comes and fills the creek off the back yard. Your back yard is a forest during spring season. For smokers there is a deck with seating facing the back yard. Private and peaceful environment. The home is newly renovated and ready for gathering by the fireplace during the chill season or s’mores on the deck. The universe is amazing enjoy it.
The space
Spacious home featuring a state of the art kitchen with seating for six. Step down into family room and out to redwood deck. Close to I75 and 20 mins to airport. Five minuets to Long horn steak house, Burlington coat factory, Southlake mall, Shoppes At Morrow Plaza, The Clayton county International park, and a full range of Lakes. From fine dining to fast food you’re there in minuets.

Other things to note
Parking in driveway is at your own risk. Driveway is steep. There’s plenty of street parking in front of house. Smoking is only allowed outside on backyard deck . Front porch has bench seating.

A native of sunny Southern California. Born in Hollywood, California, which is probably why I’m always on stage. Enjoy exploring the universe that the creator designed. Enjoy any outdoor activity that allows me to connect to the universe. My partner who is also my wife we met in high school and have amazing children and grandchildren and now great grandchild. We have been international hosts since our home was 15 minutes from LAX. We have met some of the most amazing guest and have actually traveled to many parts of the universe and broke bread with some of those guests that we, continue to enjoy their company. Also a caregiver for veterans, children with special needs, and a rideshare driver who has hosted well over 40,000 guest who are called passengers but because their lives are in my hands, they are my guest and I am their host. Hosting is a passion and I appreciate the opportunity to make those around me not only feel comfortable but appreciate it. Look forward to hosting you and your guest as you choose The Carlisle.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I chose this neighborhood because it’s close to Hartsfield Jackson international and though it’s in the heart of the city, the neighborhood is still like being in the country. The neighborhood is multicultural and very convenient to all amenities. The home is set down and nestled off the street so when you arrive, the driveway is steep, but easy to get in and out.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Because the home is down the hill the backdrop is like a forest which she will see on the photos and when the creek is full and running it gives the feel of free flowing water which for me is soothing and relaxing.
