**To turn the pull out sofa into a bed, pull forward on the two straps and roll the sectional out. Then pull up on the straps that are sticking out on the front and lift up. To collapse it, lift up on those same two straps to release the brackets for it to lower back into place and slide it back into the couch.**
Fully fenced backyard that is pet friendly with a propane grill â ideal for tailgates or family cookouts and a covered carport with easy access parking.
