Charming farmhouse nestled on Jemerson Creek Rd in Hartsburg, MO. This idyllic property offers rustic charm with modern amenities. The space
Step into a thoughtfully designed interior that seamlessly combines classic farmhouse charm with contemporary amenities. The spacious living areas are adorned with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, making it a delightful space for culinary enthusiasts.
With multiple bedrooms, the farmhouse provides comfortable accommodation for family and guests. The outdoor space is a highlight, featuring 170 acres with miles of trails and a picturesque setting. Enjoy relaxing moments on the front porch or hosting gatherings in the backyard.
Located adjacent to the 600+ acre Hart Creek Conservation area, this farmhouse is a haven for nature lovers and those seeking a slower pace of life. The property's proximity to local amenities and attractions adds convenience to its idyllic setting. Whether you're looking for a place to gather family and friends or a quiet weekend getaway, our 1906 Farmhouse is the perfect place.
SWIMMING POND
We have a small swimming pond nearby with a little beach. As it is fed by both rain and a little spring, the water level depends on how much rain we've gotten. You can also swim in the nearby beautiful Hart Creek to cool down or rinse off. We provide towels.
Guest access
Guests have keyless access to the entire Farmhouse. There are an additional two rental cabins situated on 170 acre property, so Farmhouse guests may encounter cabin guests during hikes on the property. During the winter months, when leaves have dropped, one of the other cabins is visible from the back deck.
Other things to note
No smoking, aboslutely no parties. Pets allowed with pet fee and agreement to pet policy.
NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS. All pets must be registered and are allowed with a $50 pet fee. Failure to register you pet will result in a $200 unauthorized pet fee.
UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECKOUTS: Unauthorized late checkouts are not allowed and will be billed at $25/hr in hourly increments. Please be respectful of our housekeer's time and be sure to checkout on-time.
