Casa De Los Sueños sits in the gated community of Hermosa Heights in Guanacaste Costa Rica. It's luxury outdoor space--pool, swim up bar, grill and deck space--gives you spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean!!

Although its location makes Playa Hermosa feel somewhat isolated, the small but well-developed town offers many amenities. Playa Hermosa, which translates to Beautiful Beach, is located in northern Guanacaste Province. Keep in mind that Costa Rica has several beaches named Playa Hermosa, including near Jaco, Santa Teresa, and Uvita, but the one where this lovely home is located is in Guanacaste. The Liberia International is the closest airport, at about 30 minutes away.


Casa De Los Sueños sits in the gated community of Hermosa Heights in Guanacaste Costa Rica. It's luxury outdoor space--pool, swim up bar, grill and deck space--gives you spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean!!

The entrance opens into a formal dinning area and kitchen. No expense has spared on the appliances or the design. The living room has a 70" TV with a full library of DVD's and blue rays, there's also a PS4, Apple TV, Amazon fire stick TV and Alex for your enjoyment.

The ground floor has a master bedroom with a California king bed and  49" curved smart TV. The master bathroom includes floor  to ceiling  views of the Pacific Ocean with an amazing shower and large Jacuzzi bath tub.

There is direct access to the patio and pool/bar, Jacuzzi, BBQ, deck chairs & outdoor shower. The double edge infinity pool creates a breathtaking view. The stone façade blends perfectly with the surrounding hills and gives the outdoor area a feeling of being part of nature.

The upstairs has two more bedrooms and a workstation and all the rooms have their own access to a balcony that overlooks the pool area and ocean. The workstation has a breakfast bar where you can make your morning coffee or smoothie or a snack. The guest bedroom has a generous size walk in closet  and on suite bathroom. There is a second master bedroom with a California King bed and 48" smart TV. The bathroom is identical to the one downstairs. 

Casa De Los Sueños is a luxury villa in Costa Rica waiting for a family or romantic couple to spend their next vacation in style and elegance. Book early as this grand home will not stay empty for long.

Wonderful Vacation

Casa de los Suenos was an AWESOME home. The view was gorgeous. The listing was completely accurate and the house had everything we needed and even things we didn't know we needed. Our house manager, Alex (through Zindis) was AMAZING. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The house was in a great area, close to restaurants and activities, was in a gated community and the house had an alarm, we felt completely safe at all times. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home. The Zindis group was great and added to our enjoyment of our stay.

Holidays in Hermosa Heights.

Beautiful vistas and quiet location for a family holiday vacation. The pool is great. The home is great even if it is a bit tired. Having the large capacity washer and dryer is a nice bonus.

Beautiful House and View of Ocean!

Our family of five had a great time at this beautiful home overlooking the town and ocean. Only let down was jacuzzi is not heated, which would have been great for the cloudy/rainy days when it was too cold to get in the pool. We used the bbq twice during our four night stay and they had everything needed to make a great dinner. Highly recommend!

Amazing location and house

We had an amazing time at this beautiful house and a beautiful part of Costa Rica. The description on the listing was 100% accurate. The views from the infinity pool were amazing. The support staff, house manager, concierge, service, or a top-notch. Would love to come back with family once again.

Excellent Home and Experience

Everything was terrific about this house and stay, including the wonderful views, house space, outdoor grill & pool, and great communication with the property manager when we had questions. Our family of 5 with young kids enjoyed it and felt safe, thanks to the on-site security and gated community. Would definitely recommend!

Incredible!

We loved this villa and will definitely return! My husband and I, our 2 college aged daughters, and my parents all came for spring break. This place was perfect! We felt very safe in the gated community, and spent a lot of time at the property. It was extremely luxurious and the infinity pool was breathtaking. Location is close to groceries and beachside restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing views!

This place is amazing! There is nothing better than going out on an excursion and settling into your own pool. The bedrooms were spacious and every room had their own bathroom. The three couples were able to have their own space but yet comfortably hang out on the deck or around the dining room table. Would definitely do this again.

We Love This House and Area

We (three adult siblings) had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house. It has a luxurious and classic vibe, not the super modern and sterile style that has become so abundant these days for homes and certainly a home that has everything to make you feel at home. The property management office is at the entrance to the community (and so is the spa!), which was nice when picking up keys.

Casa de Los Suenos is a fantastic home not to be missed. The view is gorgeous, the pool is amazing and the inside of the home is very comfortable and spacious! Everyone at Zindis was accommodating and gracious, especially Milena. You can’t go wrong if you choose this home for your stay in Playa Hermosa.

Tremendous views

Had a wonderful relaxing time! Well equipped with everything you'll need. The space was perfect for 3 couples and each had their own master suite and the pool area is perfect for hanging out comfortably. The men made friends with the 2 tarantulas hanging in the BBQ area (locals swear they won't hurt you!). We did have some significant water issues while staying there, and ZINDIS group made it right. So, wouldn't plan on utilizing the bathtub or anything luxurious as we had to ration water significantly and we had 3 partial days with zero water for flushing toilets, drinking/cooking etc and had to haul water from pool to the bathrooms. The guests at the house next door said they had no issues with water so seemed to be the house more than community, but who knows? If water issues are fixed by the community- we would definitely stay there again! Water issues were a pain and inconvenient, but we didn't let it ruin the beautiful surroundings and were still totally able to relax. We did get charged extra for late check in even though it wasn't our fault- flight was almost 2 hours late due to plane issues, so car rental had marked us as a no show which took us extra time, all resulting in us getting to the property 15 minutes late, so plan ahead- check in to property went fast.

Great house, awesom views and excellent location. The two master bedrooms worked great since we had two couples. The western art made us feel at home away from Texas. The Zindis group was great to work with from sponsoring the home to recommendations for restaurants and adventures. Would definitely stay again.

Casa de los Sueños is truly the House of Dreams!

From the moment you arrive at Casa de los Sueños you will be mesmerized! This very large luxury home sits on the mountain side of Hermosa Heights gated community. The view is extraordinary! The photos online do not due it justice! The house is very comfortable, spacious, kitchen fully stocked, infinity pool overlooks the pacific ocean, the outdoor grill kitchen and swim bar made us feel like we were in our own resort. The Zindis management office is very friendly, accommodating and they respond immediately to any questions. They helped us book our in-house chef for a couple of nights and a couple of excursions. The Liberia airport is 30 min drive and I highly recommend renting well in advance a 4 wheel drive vehicle so you can get around. The nice grocery store is a 10 minute drive and the beaches are close by. We loved Playa Hermosa, Playa del Coco and Playa Ocotal. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. You might come here for adventure or to relax but regardless the hardest part is leaving.

Winter getaway


Villa de Los suenos is well equipped and has excellent views of the ocean. It is located in a gated community and is close to several excellent restaurants and amenities. It is a shade lovers paradise as the position of the house allows for hours of shade - if you want to soak in the sun, you will need to spend a lot of time in the pool or choose head to the beach which is a short walk away.

Amazing!!

The house was immaculate. The staff at Zindis Group. Was also amazing and very helpful. I would like to give a shout out to Paula. In addition, the coffee shop right outside of the neighborhood had a great breakfast and owner was an amazing guy. Perfect location with easy access to great restaurants and the beach. I definitely recommend staying here.

A Beautiful Place to Celebrate the Big 60

We started planning a summer trip back in Feb. to mark a big birthday (aren't they all?). When we happened upon the listing for Casa De Los Suenos, we knew we had found the perfect place. We traveled with another couple, and there was more than enough room to spread out and enjoy our privacy. We'd had groceries purchased (a nice service option) so the house was stocked when we arrived. The furnishings were very comfortable and there really wasn't anything we needed that wasn't already in the house. And having spent 15 years living in Texas, we appreciated the various Texas touches throughout the home (the OU gnome in the rock bed was hilarious). The pool was a hit with all four people, and we spent time in it every day we were there. We had rented a vehicle (recommend it), and as other reviews have noted, the grade up to the home was extremely steep. My spouse had to channel long-lost manual shift skills, but muscle memory pulled us through! We did have a maintenance emergency while there, and though hesitant to call the house manager at 7 a.m., we felt it was necessary. She was gracious and sent help quickly. Found out later it was her day off! As for dining out: we tried many restaurants based on reviews, but meeting an American couple one evening who have lived in Playa Hermosa for some time guided us to some of the best. Try Hacienda Blu Beach Lounge & Grill, and Hotel Bosque Del Mar. In summary, if we ever travel back to Playa Hermosa, we would happily stay at Case De Los Suenos.

Renters Beware

Property was nice with great views and location. However, renters beware! You should treat this property like a rental vehicle and point out any blemish when you arrive. Two weeks after our stay we where charged $750 for a dent they claimed we put in refrigerator door which we definitely didn't do. Their proof was a before picture when the fridge was brand new with manufacturer labels still on doors and ice maker. They admitted many people had stayed in the property since then so they basically had no proof it wasn't like this before we arrived but they want return my $750 which I feel is a scam. Never experiences this at other VRBO properties so I would avoid this one.

Hermosa Heights Heaven

Casa Del Los Suenos was the perfect property for our recent stay in Playa Hermosa. The home was beautiful, just as it appears in the pictures on the Vrbo site. and the view of the beach over the pool was spectacular, especially the sunsets. The house is well-equipped with all that a family or group needs during their stay. There are even a few pool floats, beach chairs, coolers, etc. available in the laundry area. The hill up to the house is VERY steep, so you'll need a car with some power to get up the hill. Also, the Guanacaste area is pretty hilly in general. The local restaurants are excellent, particularly Ginger, AeroSport, and a few others right down at Playa Hermosa beach. Great seafood and drinks abound! The only slight negative was the constant small brush fires in the area. This made the air pretty smoky at times. Great home, great visit!
