Denna underbara nyligen ombyggda studio har en stor privat uteplats med en hängmatta och en solstol och ett bord för 4 för att sola eller ha ditt morgonkaffe innan du går ner till stranden och vid poolen vid stranden.

Det är om du kommer ut ur den bekväma king size-sängen!

Snorkla ut till revet, bada i poolen eller bara koppla av och läs en bok under närmaste palapa.

Du är omgiven av välskötta grunder och du är naturligtvis rätt på den vackra stranden med strandvolleyboll klockan 4 på varje dag.

En full storlek kylskåp och pentry med mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare och elektrisk grill för lite matlagning om det är din sak.

Det finns en bra restaurang / bar bara några steg ner till stranden eller det finns massor av bra restauranger 5 minuter norr i Akumal Beach (där sköldpaddorna är) och flera fler i Chemuyil, 5 minuter i söder.

Protokoll från Tulum och dess berömda Maya Ruins till söder och Playa del Carmen i norr för bra shopping och nattliv.

Du är belägen mellan flera stora ekologiska vattenparker, inklusive Xel-Ha, Xcaret och Xplor. Hard Rock ligger 10 minuter bort och har stora musikspel varje vecka. Förutom Cirque De Soliel och den nya Rauscha-showen.

Relaxing with beautiful views!!

Very comfortable, great outdoor patio for morning coffee and dining and hanging out with awesome sunrises and ocean views. The pool and beach were steps away. Joan was very helpful in providing for our needs. There is 1 great little restaraunt a short walk but I would suggest having access to a car for groceries or other shopping or restaraunts or using a taxi service.

Beach location is perfect

We had a great time at Joan’s property! The location and outdoor patio is awesome. You’re steps from the beach and your outdoor space has a view of the Caribbean and you can watch the sunrise and sunset. The bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed. Joan even has a guidebook recommending activities and things to do in the areas. I highly recommend staying here.

Home Away From Home

A clean, comfy, safe place to stay. The owners are very friendly, and are there to help you. The king bed is comfortable, and the shower is great! The patio is spacious with a nice view to the ocean. The beach is full of soft white sand, and the best part is that it is not packed like in Akumal. Adventures Akumal is our new destination from now on!

Terrific spot right on the beach!

We had a great time in this apartment with its spacious patio and beautiful views of the beach. The sand is just steps away, as well as a very nice pool. The apartment had everything we needed, including beach towels and a toaster and coffee maker so that we could have breakfast on the patio. Also a big, very comfortable bed. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. All in all a wonderful stay!

This Place is AWESOME. Saw Turtle lay her eggs!

Greg's place is right on the beach and said beach is amazingly beautiful and he is a great host. The tiled terrace has lovely tropical plants and a breath taking view of the sea. We loved having our morning coffee out there and relaxing in the hammock or lounge chair. The pool is right there too if you prefer that but there was rarely anyone using it since most come to the beach for the ocean. The bed was super comfy and the place was very clean. Greg provided beach towels of course but we didn't expect that he also had beach bags, hats and snorkel gear for our use as well, which was great because I forgot a beach bag. The reef is very close and is about a 7 minute swim straight out so you don't have to take a boat or go in a group to go snorkeling. And the water is calm and clear. We saw rays and all manor of fish. The Oasis resort is right next door, actually Gregs condo is one of a few private condos within the resort so it is the best of both worlds. As Gregs guest we could opted to pay to eat at one of the 7 restaurants at the resorts for a reasonable price which included as many drinks as we wanted and even a show afterwards in the theatre which was a nice surprise. We tried the French restaurant and it was great and the service terrific. There is a great little beach bar a two minute walk down the sandy beach and a beach side massage tent a few minutes further. Heaven. But the best part of out trip, was that we were fortunate to see a sea turtle come up onto the shore in the middle of the night and lay her eggs. It was one of the reasons we picked this time of year and this beach because it has a hatchery and volunteers that patrol the beach at night who will let you know if a nesting is happening as long as you are respectful and quiet and don't use any white flashlights that could disturb the turtle. They have special red ones. We really had a magical tine and will certainly come back for a longer stay during the winter. Thanks Greg for all the little extra touches.
