My wife and I are from the east coast and moved to Oklahoma City in late 2018. We were very pleasantly surprised and have loved living here. We have two little girls and love going on family adventures around town, on roadtrips, or further afield. We decided to become hosts as a way to get more into real estate, and also to help others visit and enjoy Oklahoma City, and all it has to offer, as much as we have!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Jefferson Park is a charming neighborhood. The people are friendly, it is safe and very walkable, and has historic character. Between Jefferson Park and Edgemere Park on the north side, there are three excellent parks, each with playgrounds that we frequent. Goodholm park (around the corner from the CBB) also has public tennis courts. The neighborhood is also bordered on the south by 23rd street, complete with restaurants, entertainment, and fun street festivals throughout the year. The CBB is also within easy walking distance to the Paseo, a popular arts district with restaurants and art shops, and only minutes away from Midtown, Automobile Alley, the Plaza District, and downtown OKC.

The CBB makes great use of space. The open concept design and flow makes it a perfect place to have a dinner get together with friends, or to settle in for a cozy movie night on the couch. The fully fenced-in back yard is also excellent for kids, an evening BBQ, or just a private outdoor oasis. We think you'll feel right at home!
