Space & Comfort

4 of 5 bedrooms feature air conditioning, while all rooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool.
Two bedrooms open directly to the main balcony with majestic views of the gardens, pool, and Atlantic Ocean, while two others feature private balconies overlooking the gardens. Hammocks swing gently on each balcony, inviting you to pause and enjoy the peace.

To make your stay cozy and personal, bedrooms are prepared according to group size (solo travelers get one bedroom, couples get two, and so on).
A discount may be available if fewer bedrooms are required, since less space will need to be prepared.


Services:

* Light daily cleaning included in stay, (between 9AM and 2PM) sweeping and cleaning of the terraces. (Optional if you prefer privacy, just let Albina know.) Towels changed every 3–4 days and a change of linen weekly.

Additional Details

*Discounted monthly stays exclude utilities (electricity, water, internet, cable)

*Hot water is solar powered; please allow a few minutes (5min max) for heating and note it may be cooler on cloudy days.

*Garbage should be placed in the outdoor bin on Tuesday and Friday evenings.

Fees:


*If you wish to hire Albina every day to do a deeper cleaning, wash your clothes, wash dishes etc she is available for $38US per day that you can pay in cash at arrival as well. Just let us know ahead of time. (Guests must provide their own detergents.)

*Only registered guests are allowed on the property or in the pool, an additional $30 per unregistered guest would be required.


Please note////// AC in common area is complementary so make sure you turn it off when on excursions or we'll turn it off for you. We are not a hotel, but a home away from home, kissed by nature.


Check-In & Check-Out

Albina will welcome you before dark; for late arrivals, keys will be left in a lockbox.

Latest check-in with Albina is 6 PM unless prior arrangements are made.

On departure, ensure, keys are returned, and the refrigerator is empty. Loss of keys may result in deposit deductions as locks would need to be replaced.
