Welcome to your Black Hills home base! This 3BR, 2BA split-level sits on Nemo Road just minutes from Rapid City adventures but far enough out to be surrounded by the black hills national forest. This retirement home is comfortable with a Western-inspired style, blending rustic touches and personal charm. Guests enjoy a large fenced yard, an apple tree out back, and a large garage for your use. NOT pet friendly, but perfect for families or road trippers looking for charm with practical comforts.
This is a comfortable split-level home thatâs been well cared for over the years.
Expect:
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, enough for the whole crew.

A huge detached garage thatâs all yours for vehicles, trailers, or vacation toys. (Note: the attached garage is owner-only.)
Western-themed dĂ©cor with rustic accents â cozy, welcoming, and true to the ownerâs taste.
Through-the-wall AC and cove electric heat â practical systems that keep the house cozy year-round.
Asphalt driveway for easy parking.
Fenced backyard with a mature apple tree (you might even snag one in the fall).
Full use of the detached garage (itâs huge).
Driveway and fenced yard are all yours.
Attached garage stays locked for owner use only.
Weâre available daily from 7 am to 10 pm by call, text, or message, whateverâs easiest for you! After 10 pm, we switch to emergency-only mode, and phone calls are the best way to reach us. Just a heads-up: Iâm a deep sleeper, so if itâs urgent, you might need to call twice to wake me up! đŽđ
*This home is not pet friendly, even though the yard is fenced.
*The attached garage is only for owners use and is locked.
*The large detached garage/shop is for guest use at no extra cost unless extra cleaning is required beyond emptying a trash can, floors, etc.
As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.
IMPORTANT: No Smoking of any kind is allowed on the property as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for several of our employees. Should this rule be violated, we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and the guest will be liable for the $2,500 dollar charge.
Quiet Hours: after 9 pm until 7am.
General Damages: Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.
Fire Prevention and Safety: Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and portable device chargers.
Other: No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay. We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
Parties: Are not allowed unless given written permission. If guests are found to have had a party without permission guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY with no refund. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
