Vi Àr en 30 minuters bilresa frÄn Yale, en 45 minuters bilresa frÄn kasinon och tvÄ vackra, vÀlkÀnda spa (Water's Edge och Saybrook Point) Àr en kort 15-20 minuters bilresa bort. Det hÀr Àr den perfekta platsen för en romantisk helg, en tjejhelg eller ett högskolebesök. VÄr lÀgenhet ligger inom en liten, vÀnlig, mamma och pop marina i ett vackert bostadsomrÄde. Kom och njut!

Vardagsrummet i denna lÀgenhet Àr 600 kvadratmeter, med ett stort dÀck som ger fantastisk utsikt, perfekt för middag och avkoppling. Utrymmet har totalrenoverats (2018) och Àr ljust, luftigt och rent. Du hittar ett fullt utrustat kök med nya apparater (inklusive diskmaskin!), och ett nytt badrum med badkar. SkrÀddarsydda bÀnkskivor och möbler av Àgaren fullbordar utrymmet. Det finns ett sovrum med en queen size-sÀng samt en ny queen size bÀddsoffa. SÀngklÀder och handdukar kommer att tillhandahÄllas. Det finns tvÄ parkeringsplatser tillgÀngliga för din anvÀndning. Observera att du mÄste kunna navigera i hela trappan för att komma Ät utrymmet. WiFi finns tillgÀngligt. Högst fyra (4) husgÀster.

Kvarteret har trottoarer för enkel, sÀker promenad till mÄnga restauranger, stadens marina eller bara en kvÀlls promenad. Hammonasset State Park ligger 10 minuters bilresa bort. (Gratis anvÀndning av 2 kajaker eller paddleboards frÄn Memorial Day till Labor Day). VÀdret tillÄter.)

Vi bor pÄ fastigheten i en separat villa, sÄ vi Àr tillgÀngliga för att föreslÄ aktiviteter, svara pÄ eventuella frÄgor eller adressera eventuella behov som kan uppstÄ under din vistelse.

Vi driver en upptagen kajak och paddleboarduthyrning frÄn Memorial Day till Labor Day. Det finns mycket aktivitet, sÀrskilt pÄ helgerna. Under lÄgsÀsong Àr detta ett lugnt och avkopplande tillflyktsort för en helg bort.

My friend and I had an amazing stay in this cute nicely sized apartment. The hosts were lovely and very helpful and the views of the river from the balcony were amazing. Would definitely stay here on another trip to Clinton.

A great place to stay. . .

The place is clean, well designed and comfortable. Chris and Anne are nice and helpful owners. Great location and good parking also. And, owners are fun to be arround. We had a few questions and they were pleased to answer them for us. They gave us info, too, about the community. Checking in was easy. Enjoyable and we strongly recommend to others.

Two days couple trip to Clinton CT

What an incredible experience. Booked based on the ratings and all the reviews and this property/ location did not disappoint!! Chris and Anne are fantastic hosts and both went out of their way to introduce themselves. The kayaking experience was definitely a bonus and some fantastic exercise. This is a scenic location, easily drivable to Old Saybrook and beautiful Mystic CT. If we come back, with would like to stay again. This cottage is a prefect place for couples and arguably one of the top VRBO we have stayed. Thanks for the great stay. Mike and Suzie.

Better than expected!!

In visiting family for Memorial Day/birthday celebration and wanted to stay close to the family. Hotels were too far and we found this Ann and Chris's Indian River front property. It was our first time at a VRBO property and it did not disappoint!! Clean, quiet and quaint my husband and I had a marvelous time and will definitely be back!!

Clinton Guest House

We spent ten days at the guest house. The location, close to the center of town, was perfect and we walked to the town dock and restaurants. We have stayed in several VRBOs and this is one of our favorites, we will definitely return on our next trip up to Connecticut!

Fabulous!

This place is a slice of heaven! Spotless, cozy, and the pictures don’t do it justice. Our hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating and were very thoughtful. We were in town for a family funeral and the accommodations were perfect. We loved the views over the marsh and we had everything we could have needed and more. We can’t wait to come back in the warmer months.

Ann and Chris are the best hosts and the apartment is lovely. I so enjoyed being right on Indian River and watching the sunrises. Every amenity was available and I know if I needed anything else Chris or Ann would have made it happen. I highly recommend but want to come back, so I hope too many people don’t rent this awesome place (only kidding!). Thanks so much Ann and Chris!

Wonderful cottage, great hosts!

We had such a lovely time. Ann and Chris were so accommodating and the access to the kayaks was amazing! Everything was clean, the views over the river were really nice, and did we mention the kayaking? Cannot recommend this cottage more!

Just Right!

This well-designed, fully equipped, and meticulously maintained guest house is comfortable in every way. Ann and Chris are perfect hosts- good communicators and thoughtful. We loved the location- walking distance to restaurants and shops and close to Hammonasset State Park. We enjoyed the Indian River both from the outside deck and from kayaks. This spot is a birder's paradise.

Gorgeous Indian River Rental

Ann and Chris are so kind and have done a wonderful job on this rental. I am admittedly a high maintenance, very picky traveler. This is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The bed is very comfortable, as well as the bedding. I was expecting a thin quilt, but it was a nice, thick cozy comforter. It's in a great location, close to so many things and very quiet at night, and the view over the Indian River is gorgeous (I already miss it)! Ann and Chris have even included snacks, water, shampoo, conditioner, and even a sweet note, which was so thoughtful. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the area and I hope to be back soon!!!

Stay in Clinton

Ann and Chris were so understanding and accommodating after Hurricane Ian messed up our travel plans. We stayed in constant communication and they even offered to do some grocery shopping knowing the time crunch we had to get to a wedding! We brought nasty weather with us but other than that it was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! Thank you for your hospitality Ann and Chris!!!

Family vacation

We couldn't have been happier with Ann and Chris' house! The view off the deck was beautiful! My husband, girls, and I had a great time kayaking and my daughter tried paddle boarding for the first time and loved it! So close to lots of stores and things to do. We highly recommend staying here!! Ann and Chris, as well as their staff at Indian River Kayaks, were extremely friendly!!

Awesome rental!

Perfect location and great views. Kitchen was well stocked, but there are enough restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook. DĂ©cor was lovely, and the hosts had even put cut flowers in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again!
