Marina Guest House

Plats, plats, plats! Denna vackra lägenhet ligger på andra våningen med en önskvärd utsikt över Indiska floden och tidvattenmassor. Vi är inom gångavstånd från Clinton tågstation, Cedar Island Marina och flera restauranger. Vi är en 30 minuters bilresa från Yale, en 45 minuters bilresa från kasinon och två vackra, välkända spa (Water's Edge och Saybrook Point) är en kort 15-20 minuters bilresa bort. Det här är den perfekta platsen för en romantisk helg, en tjejhelg eller ett högskolebesök. Vår lägenhet ligger inom en liten, vänlig, mamma och pop marina i ett vackert bostadsområde. Kom och njut!

Vardagsrummet i denna lägenhet är 600 kvadratmeter, med ett stort däck som ger fantastisk utsikt, perfekt för middag och avkoppling. Utrymmet har totalrenoverats (2018) och är ljust, luftigt och rent. Du hittar ett fullt utrustat kök med nya apparater (inklusive diskmaskin!), och ett nytt badrum med badkar. Skräddarsydda bänkskivor och möbler av ägaren fullbordar utrymmet. Det finns ett sovrum med en queen size-säng samt en ny queen size bäddsoffa. Sängkläder och handdukar kommer att tillhandahållas. Det finns två parkeringsplatser tillgängliga för din användning. Observera att du måste kunna navigera i hela trappan för att komma åt utrymmet. WiFi finns tillgängligt. Högst fyra (4) husgäster.

Kvarteret har trottoarer för enkel, säker promenad till många restauranger, stadens marina eller bara en kvälls promenad. Hammonasset State Park ligger 10 minuters bilresa bort. (Gratis användning av 2 kajaker eller paddleboards från Memorial Day till Labor Day). Vädret tillåter.)

Vi bor på fastigheten i en separat villa, så vi är tillgängliga för att föreslå aktiviteter, svara på eventuella frågor eller adressera eventuella behov som kan uppstå under din vistelse.

Vi driver en upptagen kajak och paddleboarduthyrning från Memorial Day till Labor Day. Det finns mycket aktivitet, särskilt på helgerna. Under lågsäsong är detta ett lugnt och avkopplande tillflyktsort för en helg bort.

Det finns en 2 nätters minimum. Under månaderna juli och augusti finns det ett 3 nätters minimum. Kontakta oss för mer information om månatliga eller längre vistelse.

A great place to stay. . .

The place is clean, well designed and comfortable. Chris and Anne are nice and helpful owners. Great location and good parking also. And, owners are fun to be arround. We had a few questions and they were pleased to answer them for us. They gave us info, too, about the community. Checking in was easy. Enjoyable and we strongly recommend to others.

Two days couple trip to Clinton CT

What an incredible experience. Booked based on the ratings and all the reviews and this property/ location did not disappoint!! Chris and Anne are fantastic hosts and both went out of their way to introduce themselves. The kayaking experience was definitely a bonus and some fantastic exercise. This is a scenic location, easily drivable to Old Saybrook and beautiful Mystic CT. If we come back, with would like to stay again. This cottage is a prefect place for couples and arguably one of the top VRBO we have stayed. Thanks for the great stay. Mike and Suzie.

Better than expected!!

In visiting family for Memorial Day/birthday celebration and wanted to stay close to the family. Hotels were too far and we found this Ann and Chris's Indian River front property. It was our first time at a VRBO property and it did not disappoint!! Clean, quiet and quaint my husband and I had a marvelous time and will definitely be back!!

Clinton Guest House

We spent ten days at the guest house. The location, close to the center of town, was perfect and we walked to the town dock and restaurants. We have stayed in several VRBOs and this is one of our favorites, we will definitely return on our next trip up to Connecticut!

Fabulous!

This place is a slice of heaven! Spotless, cozy, and the pictures don’t do it justice. Our hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating and were very thoughtful. We were in town for a family funeral and the accommodations were perfect. We loved the views over the marsh and we had everything we could have needed and more. We can’t wait to come back in the warmer months.

Ann and Chris are the best hosts and the apartment is lovely. I so enjoyed being right on Indian River and watching the sunrises. Every amenity was available and I know if I needed anything else Chris or Ann would have made it happen. Just Right!

This well-designed, fully equipped, and meticulously maintained guest house is comfortable in every way. Ann and Chris are perfect hosts- good communicators and thoughtful. We loved the location- walking distance to restaurants and shops and close to Hammonasset State Park. We enjoyed the Indian River both from the outside deck and from kayaks. This spot is a birder's paradise.

Gorgeous Indian River Rental

Ann and Chris are so kind and have done a wonderful job on this rental. I am admittedly a high maintenance, very picky traveler. This is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The bed is very comfortable, as well as the bedding. I was expecting a thin quilt, but it was a nice, thick cozy comforter. It's in a great location, close to so many things and very quiet at night, and the view over the Indian River is gorgeous (I already miss it)! Ann and Chris have even included snacks, water, shampoo, conditioner, and even a sweet note, which was so thoughtful. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the area and I hope to be back soon!!!

Stay in Clinton

Ann and Chris were so understanding and accommodating after Hurricane Ian messed up our travel plans. We stayed in constant communication and they even offered to do some grocery shopping knowing the time crunch we had to get to a wedding! We brought nasty weather with us but other than that it was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! Thank you for your hospitality Ann and Chris!!!

Family vacation

We couldn't have been happier with Ann and Chris' house! The view off the deck was beautiful! My husband, girls, and I had a great time kayaking and my daughter tried paddle boarding for the first time and loved it! So close to lots of stores and things to do. We highly recommend staying here!! Ann and Chris, as well as their staff at Indian River Kayaks, were extremely friendly!!

Awesome rental!

Perfect location and great views. Kitchen was well stocked, but there are enough restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook. Décor was lovely, and the hosts had even put cut flowers in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

Terrific spot!

This is is lovely, attractively decorated, comfortable apartment. We loved the marsh and inlet views and beachy vibe. The host was very pleasant, check in was flawless and walking to town past wonderful historical era homes was easy. If you are a kayaking enthusiast, this spot is even more of a plus for you.

Cozy retreat

Ann and Chris are great hosts. Within minutes of asking if there was a tea kettle in the apartment, an electric tea kettle was provided. Ann and Chris checked in with us often. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants and nice views of the Indian River and the marina. We were able to enjoy our breakfast coffee and tea on the deck as well as grill for dinner. The apartment is welcoming and has a nice view of the river as well as providing some wildlife sightings. We are already planning a summer getaway.

Comfortable and Serene

This beautifully renovated and spacious cottage is tucked away in a quiet and peaceful spot by a river, with a view over the surrounding marsh land. It's walking distance to Main St., Clinton restaurants and shops, as well as to a nearby marina, with more eateries. The cottage itself is super clean and comfortable, and Chris and Ann went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Use of kayaks or SUPs is included with the rental - we really enjoyed bird watching as we paddled down the river and out to the Sound. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Fantastic New England Cottage!

Ann and Chris were great with communication before and during the visit. The cottage has a wonderful New England feel and the view is spectacular! It was a great place for me, my husband and son to stay while visiting family and friends. We got to go out paddling, enjoy the views and relax. The BBQ on the deck and full kitchen made for easy meals when we didn’t feel like eating out. There was plenty of room for the three of us to relax when the weather wasn’t cooperating. All around a great stay! Would definitely come back!
