Welcome to paradise in Old Town Key West! This spacious 3BR/3BA home features gorgeous hardwood floors, a huge dining room, open plan kitchen, and en suite master. Enjoy large smart TVs in every room and central A/C for year-round comfort. Outside, relax in the heated dipping pool, sip cocktails at the outdoor gazebo bar that includes fridge and grill, or dine al fresco on the rear deck. Includes sought-after off-street parking. Walk or cycle to Duval, beaches, and more!
The space
This 3 bedroom 3 bath home located in Old Town Key West was constructed in 2006 to blend in with the historical homes on the island. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom and a door that leads to an outdoor deck overlooking the street. The other two rooms have access to another full bathroom upstairs. The laundry center is upstairs in the hallway.
Downstairs is an open floor plan living room, a very large dining table and full kitchen. A desk in the entryway provides for a convenient workspace. A sleeper sofa in the livingroom provides additional sleeping for two.

Both floors are exclusively available for guests in this single family home coneniently located to everything.
