Denna första vÄningen villa med pool direkt utanför din lÀgenhet och shopping pÄ mycket kort avstÄnd har renoverats med nytt kök och uppdaterade badrum .. Uthyrning inkluderar alla verktyg, alla husgerÄd och sÀngklÀder, kabel, TV, en Keurig och wi-fi. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng och TV. TvÀttmaskin och torktumlare ingÄr. Det andra sovrummet har ocksÄ en queen size-sÀng och en TV. Enheten har stor skÀrmad lanai som har stormjalusier Vardagsrummet har dubbla skjutreglage som leder till lanai liksom sovrummet. En TV ligger i vardagsrummet mitt frÄn bekvÀma sofasitsar. Det finns ett bifogat badrum till sovrummet samt ett separat badrum för det andra sovrummet. Vacker sjöutsikt frÄn fönster och Lanai. TillgÄng till fitnessanlÀggningar ingÄr i klubbhuset som erbjuder mÄnga aktiviteter. Byggnaden har hiss vid behov. Dedikerad tÀckt parkering och förvaring skjul direkt framför byggnaden.

Awesome Condo

Our stay was more than we could have expected. The community has 24 hour gate security making you feel safe at all times, especially when Roxy was in charge. The condo itself was well maintained and provided everything you could possibly need from bedding, cooking supplies, and furniture. The location of the condo is convenient as well considering you could be at either Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island within 10-15 minutes easily. Made our extended stay in Fort Myers very enjoyable! Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was in a beautiful location, very well supplied and comfortable. My husband enjoyed the pickleball courts and I especially liked the pool and hot tub. The people in the building were very welcoming & friendly.

Relaxing

Great property, great host, great location. Recently remodeled and updated. All the amenities were great and well appointed. Everyone very friendly and one night an owner played the guitar in the courtyard and everyone enjoyed cocktails while listening Couldn't ask for a better stay.

Wonderful Stay., Location, Unit and Owner.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very friendly Gated Community. Beautiful view from this Ground level unit on the small lake with fish, turtles, ducks and Egrets. Several Pools within a short walk of unit can be used. We enjoyed the one at the clubhouse. It sits on the lake and has very nice restrooms. Can also exchange or check out books there. Club House is closed. due to Covid-19. Unit is fully equipped for making meals. There are a couple of folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a small cooler you can use to go to Fort Myers Beach which is a short 3 miles away. You can get there by UBER for $9-11 each way or take the bus that picks up not far from community gate for a couple of $ bucks. Walking distance to Publix Market, Love Boat Ice Cream, a few restaurants, liquor store, etc. It is a great location! Owner of unit was easy to communicate with and left excellent instructions so we never had any issues and never got locked out. Would definitely stay again.

Just A Little Bit Of Heaven

The owner was very responsive with our needs. The condos kitchen is very well equipped. Having TVs in both bedrooms was a plus. The Lakeview upon entering was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, we didn't want to leave. Above all everyone you encountered we're so very friendly. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Thee condo was well above our expectations. Everything we needed was provided. Unit was immaculate with all furnishings in great condition. Pool was directly across the parking lot. Everyone we met was very nice to us. A very short walk to the clubhouse.. We have already booked it again.
