Perfect for us

The condo was well represented. A couple of nice surprises: the stairs from the beach were some steps and then a ramp to the building; the umbrella (much needed) was a quality umbrella that easily screwed into the sand; the chairs on the patio were high stools that let you see over the railing. It was a wonderful stay and we plan on returning!

If you are looking for an ocean view condo, do not pass this up. Brenda’s condo was perfect, clean and it has all the things you need for a beach vacation. It has a wonderful view and easy access to the beach. Easy access to all the things you need. We loved that the beach was not over crowded.

Wonderful beachside condo!

The view is amazing! I haven't stayed directly on the beach in years. I could not have been more pleased. My husband and I had a very comfortable weekend getaway. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and the breeze. Brenda was very patient in dealing with my poor reading of the check in materials! She was very quick to respond. Would stay again!

Relaxing retreat

Really enjoyed our stay. Spent lots of time on the balcony watching beach activities. Even got to observe a nesting Gopher Tortoise in the dunes. Great little condo!

Perfect Getaway

Perfect getaway with the wife to end the summer. No oven, dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer, but we had everything else we needed for a weekend stay. Great location, and beach was perfect.

Quiet beach getaway

Was a very relaxing stay for me. Wonderful place if you are looking for peace and quiet. The unit itself is very stylish and was just fine for an ocean front view. Brenda is also a good host, very quick to respond. I would stay here again in the future when in the area.

Ocean beauty

The oceanfront view is outstanding! The condo is small but feels spacious. The kitchen has everything needed. And the microwave is also a convection oven! We loved our time there and hope to be back.

Our unit 220 is the largest and one of the nicest units at the property. We keep rates down low because we rent it ourselves and don't pay commissions. We insure that the unit is spotless and well-stocked for our guests. We believe it's the best value on the beach for a newly-remodeled direct ocean-front condo. We stay full and our guests always have great things to say about their stay.
