Casa Naranja är en vacker lugn villa som är den perfekta platsen för en avkopplande korttidsuthyrning som är fullt utrustad och har totalrenoverats och dekorerats i augusti 2018. En komplett yttre renovering mars 2019. Allt du kan behöva för att göra din vistelse komplett.

Det finns fyra stora sovrum, alla bekvämt inredda för totalt 8 vuxna (lägresängar / barnsängar och barnstolar kan hyras på begäran för barn). Ett exceptionellt stort familjebadrum och ett badrum till sovrummet. Den rymliga vardags- / matplatsen har två uppsättningar altandörrar som leder ut till den uppvärmda poolen och matplatsen utanför och är utrustad med brittiska TV-system, BBC1, ITV, C4, C5, Film4 etc, DVD, Wii-konsol och fantastisk blå tand musik system. WiFi-åtkomst. N. B det finns en liten veckaavgift.
I de vackra privata trädgårdarna finns en stor pool med nytt solvärmeöverdrag, skiffer poolbord, solterrass, matplats, grill och takterrass som har enastående utsikt över golfbanan, havet och bergen. (OBS! Takterrassen kan låsas upp på begäran om det inte finns några barn på festen på grund av försäkring)

Great stay

Just returned from a week’s stay - 2 adults and 2 children (11&12yrs). The villa was big enough for all of us. The pool size is great and along with the pool table there was plenty to keep the children occupied. We did have a car for shopping/airport etc but it’s not necessary. It’s about a 15 min walk to the shopping ctr. We’ve been to caleta 5 times now and would recommend this villa. Great contact from the hosts - happy to sort any problems which for us were a replacement parasol and an extra tea towel. We would happily return. Thanks for a great stay.

Needs a makeover

We have just returned from a 4 week stay. Although we enjoyed our stay we were disappointed with the standard of the villa which is not a luxury villa as advertised. The pool area is nice but in serious need of maintenance. The fence was broken and flapping around, the pool surround was chipped and in need of painting and there were some loose tiles. There were pillars which had been repaired but not painted. The furnishings in the villa were of poor quality and the shower head in the on suite is held up with a screw. The whole place had only been surface cleaned and the bedding was only changed after 10 days. When we had a problem whilst we were there Richard came to resolve straight away which was good but the villa is in need of a makeover.

Relax and recharge

Spent a wonderful two weeks in the villa. Quiet space to relax and definitely enjoyed the pool to help us all cool down. The outdoor space was fabulous and there was plenty of room inside for us. Villa is located in a lovely residential area with a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We explored the island easily as the villa is centrally positioned to venture north and south.restaurants.

Fab stay in lovely villa

Myself and my family stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of April and we had a great time. The villa itself is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property managers Peter and Nico were great and answered any questions we had. The check in and out process was also easy and painless! The villa is in a nice quiet location and is only a short walk to the shopping centre. We’ve been to Caleta about 8 times now and know the area well and love this location. I would definitely recommend this lovely villa.

Great villa we enjoyed our stay, a bit too far out of town for walking out in the evening but only €4 in a taxi. Great golf resort but could really only go there if you don’t want to drive , villa could do with a little tlc but overall a great holiday

Family holiday

We have been visiting caleta for the past ten years; always in villas. This is one of the best villas we've stayed in by far. The outside is spacious and spot on to the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. We dont hire a car but your a shortish walk to the atlantico or the taxis are very quick to come. Literally call as your ready to leave, fares are under 5 euro to go into the town. Best restaurant by far was El Patio Communication was very good all the way through. Hoping to visit again soon

Family week away

The villa is exactly as advertised. The accommodation is great, good kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Its has a great pool and good outside space with a pool table. The roof terrace overlooks the golf course. Its a pleasant 25 minute walk into the centre. All in all a great place to stay, would highly recommend

Great villa, lovely heated pool

Quiet location, a short drive to shopping centre, beaches and water activities. Spacious bedrooms and lounge, very well equipped entertainment set up and extremely friendly and responsive owners. A great base for a large family and just what we were looking for. Highly recommended.

A relaxing place

We enjoyed our stay. The villa is well equipped and comfortable. We were glad we had a car as it’s a fair walk to the supermarket but taxis are cheap enough if needed We were a little disappointed the roof terrace was not available to use.

No aircon, dated family bathroom, could do with some tlc, had issues with pool cleaning which were resolved on day 3. Stayed in x5 different villas in same area all of which are superior in quality but equally priced. Still enjoyed our stay as the area is like home.🍺

Pleasant stay

House was roomy and well furnished. Some areas could have been a bit cleaner but the management company blamed this on the Calima!! Pool was spotless and was cleaned again during our stay, it was heated to a lovely temperature which we had paid extra for. The only thing that could be better is by providing mosquito nets on the doors and windows. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom but we couldn’t open the windows due to the mosquitoes

Excellent Property

We stayed(5 adults 2 teens 1 child) at Casa Naranja from 04/03/23 to 15/03/23 and I couldn’t fault the Villa whatsoever. From the cleanliness to the comfy beds, all was excellent. It’s in a quite neighbourhood not far from the shops and the beach easily within walking distance. The check-in process was seamless with good communication between guests and the property manager. I would definitely stay again if I was travelling with more than 4 people.

Villa Naranja

We knew the location from previous visits to the area, its a little way away from shops, bars and restaurants but taxis are plentiful and cheap. Villa has everything you need to be self sufficient, the pool was in almost constant use, as was the bbq. Small issue with the hob, but the owner and his management team were all over it. Hoping to book again soon 👍
