On Bus route to Fanshawe College, LHSC and UWO making it a perfect longer term stay for students and placements
Homeowner lives in the upstairs unit. Guests have access to the yard and bbq as well as two parking spaces to rear of the house.

âą All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to an immediate termination of the reservation or an additional charge. We will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

âą All pets must be housetrained

âą Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. We have close relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners.
