Komplexa funktioner: Cottonwood Condominiums ligger på Dollar Road tvärs över Sun Valley Village. Den nya Sun Valley Pavilion ligger ca två stadsdelar bort. Great condo in Sun Valley

The property is in a great location, close to the Sun Valley Lodge amenities and the town of Ketchum. It was perfect for our family of three, with a well-equipped kitchen and all the essentials we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I loved this place so so much! It is in the most ideal location with beautiful views of a river down below. Very very clean and well stocked, we needed nothing. Only thing is that the checkin and checkout is a little bit out of the way and complicated. A lock box would be easier then going off property, 7 minutes away to pickup and drop off keys. Besides that, super easy checkin and checkout instructions and I have nothing else negative to note! Loved this place and would stay here again, and I recommend anyone who is on the edge to just book it!

Excellent condo, bright, comfortable, great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, bright, well equipped (even hot water kettle). Comfortable king bed. Nice views over trail creek, with morning sun. Kitchen table/chairs were nicer and more comfortable than in photo. Easy location to walk to ice rink and SV village. We loved our time and will stay again. Only wish they had provided hand soap (only 1 small bar of bath soap which only lasted a day). There was plenty of dish, dishwasher and laundry soap. Management company was easy to work with and quick to respond.

Could have been better

If this condo wasn't in Sun Valley, we would have rated lower. The area is awesome, but this property seems outdated. The fan in the bathroom was super loud and rattled. The bed sheets were itchy and not comfortable. The pillows were old and small for a king bed. On the plus side, the 2nd floor balcony had gorgeous views of the fall colors in the trees and the creek outisde was beautiful. This was a last minute trip and our two night stay was so-so. We had a great hiking and hanging out in Sun Valley and Ketchum, but next time we will stay somewhere else.

Cozy condo, suite

I was there for a conference. This location was perfect for me to be able to get between the lodge and the inn. Lots of options for food in the local area. Excellent little balcony in order to view river below and listen to the sounds of rain and watch the sunrise with coffee.

The king size bed is comfortable and the unit is equipped for most of a person’s needs. We were very happy with our stay in this unit.

Very lovely condo next to creek

We enjoyed this condo very much. The only suggestion I would make is put in a regular dining room table and chairs as the bar stools and table are not comfortable.

Clean space but creepy neighbors

Short version-condo is very dated but clean. The “condo” directly across the hall had a combination lock on the door (not a realtor style). Out comes two strange and rather creepy guys. Hard to fully describe but my girlfriend and I didn’t feel safe after the short exchange. We chose to not stay there and we let Alpine know.

Blissful Retreat

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this charming condo. The pictures captured the place perfectly. The location was perfect. Easy walk to Sun Valley resort area, and very close to Dollar Mountain. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the creek. Very quiet location. And the condo was small but mighty, perfect for a couple and supplied with everything we could possibly need. A real gem.

1st time to stay at Cottonwood

Lovely, older unit. Lots of windows/light. Well equipped kitchen, great fireplace & plenty of firewood on the deck. Good bed, overall we were pleased - a real discovery. Have always stayed at the Lodge or Inn, this is much better. A bit of a walk to the pool but glad it was available to us. Kitchen could use some attention & maintenance - microwave turntable doesn't turn; latches on kitchen doors loose; one burner was not operable, light bulb in main room needs replacement; wifi had to be re-set by rental agents; kitchen faucet doesn't shut off properly. All little things, but things that should be taken care of by property managers. The unit is charming and would highly recommend.

A Good Property Except

I stayed at this one bedroom/one bath property in early February of 2021. I usually stay in a hotel in Ketchum/Sun Valley but went with a condo because the CoV-2 pandemic was still ongoing, and I wanted to minimize my contact with other people. The condo was as expected for a unit near the Sun Valley Lodge/Inn grounds. Clean and well-outfitted except for the following: a) instructions for operating the HDTV and combo washer/dryer should have been easily accessible - they were not; b) the microwave was not functional - a disadvantage to not have this valuable kitchen appliance.

We brought our Hello Fresh meals for easy dinners - the kitchen was set up with everything you would need. The bedroom is big and comfortable, with lots of space. We usually stay at the lodge; however, this is our new favorite! Highly recommend!!!
