Nyligen inredda, två sovrum, två badrum, Gulf-front lägenhet har en 180 graders, oavbruten utsikt över viken från balkongen och vardagsrum!

Denna lägenhet med utsikt över en 100 gård, vit sandstrand och pool, ligger på andra våningen nära trapphus och säkrade hissar. Dessa lägenheter är fullt utrustade med alla sängkläder och köksredskap. Du behöver bara ta med dig själv!

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och en stor keramisk duschkabin. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar och badkar. En drottning i sovrummet är i vardagsrummet. Vi har förmågan att stänga av det andra sovrummet och badet, så att denna del av lägenheten kan hyras ett sovrum och ett bad för en fest av två.

Detta läge ligger i ett relativt ganska område på Sunset Beach och erbjuder fortfarande enkel tillgång till restauranger, kyrkor, stormarknader, nattliv etc. Historiska John's Pass, där du hittar allt från dagskryssningar till djuphavsfiske, ligger bara fyra mil bort.

Tampa International Airport, samt Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo och Florida Aquarium ligger bara 30 minuter bort. Vi ligger bara 90 minuter från Orlandos Disney World, Epcot, MGM och Universal Studios. Slutligen, för sportfans, är vi bara några minuter från Tropicana Field samt 30 minuter från Tampa Stadium och Ice Palace.

Relaxing Oasis

I absolutely loved my time at Sunset Chateau, the condo was in a great, quiet location with stunning views of the gulf. The condo was clean and spacious, felt so comfortable from the moment i arrived. I was sad to leave, but am looking forward to a future visit! I love the availability of wi-fi so i could work remotely for part of my stay.

Very Nice Condo

The property is great. The owner is an excellent communicator, and the condo is very well setup with everything needed for a nice beach vacation, such as lots of beach accessories (cabana, umbrellas, chairs, towels). My family and I would definitely consider staying there again.

Vacation Treasure IslAnd

Was the very clean. Was very comfortable but use to in condo washer and dryer. Was very difficult to get enough quarters unless you go to bank, we also were detained one night and were looked out but had know idea we needed the key on the blue key chain but that was my own fault for not planning ahead. Was a very clean and nice place to stay

Family Vacation

Condo was a nice size. We had 5 people that stayed and we all comfortable. Location and the view of the beach are amazing! We would stay again at this location!

Great Time!

Property is direct beach front and area has residential feel. Great spot for chilling on the beach and swimming in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Great location and extremely convenient to everything a beach town has to offer. We will return to this rental property again.

Beautiful views

We all had a wonderful time. The beach is just steps away. The pool was nice. The condo had beach chairs and umbrellas we could use. The beach was never overcrowded. Met some of the neighbors, super nice. We.d definitely stay again.

Very nice vacation location

We enjoyed our stay very much. One of the two elevators was broken, but as we were on floor 3 this wasn't a huge issue except for our arrival with our luggage. The unit as neat and tidy, however, the overall feel of the condo is that it is very used and out dated. A fresh coat of paint would improve the unit greatly. The pool area is very disappointing. It is just a pool in the middle of the parking lot. No lounge chairs or tables in the pool area. (Maybe because of covid.) We found the pool area to be not very inviting. That said, the beach and ocean are right outside your door! The location was very nice. We would rent this unit again, knowing what to expect in the future.

awesome location

This property is right on the beautiful, incredibly clean, fairly quiet, soft sandy beach. It was just as expected. The big king size bed was comfy and the linens were soft and smooth. Anything you could possibly want was there - mass quantities of kitchen stuff (not enough butter knives though) and anything you could want for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, etc. The little town of treasure Island is crazy busy and traffic is terrible. We tried to walk whenever we could. Right down the beach are 2 fun bars within easy walking distance. Parking is easy and abundant (on the property). Not so much anywhere else. We never used the pool, there was no pool furniture to sit on or we may have. The "balcony" is shared, not at all private but there are chairs and a table to put out there and the neighbors were all friendly. We would probably stay there again. The laundry area is also shared and popular - the cleaning people use it as well.

Condo nice and stocked. Complex lacking.

Overall our stay was nice. This particular condo was fully furnished with anything you may need. Parking was easy and location was fantastic. However..... Condo: Showers were less than ideal. We only had hot water for maybe 2 mins and with 6 people staying in the condo everyone had to take lukewarm showers and this was even spacing them out. Host did respond promptly to our hot water concerns but no apparent way to correct as the tank is new. Only supplying 1 key(a set 1 for condo and 1 for stairwell) for the room made things challenging at times. The stairwell key only opened the stairs near condo entrance but not the pool side entrance. Would suggest maybe upgrading to a keypad or atleast supplying more than 1 key. Maybe lanyards for easier keeping. Check out is listed as 11am but we were asked to check out by 10am. Complex: Not sure why the stairwells need to be locked when you can take the elevator right up to any floor without a key. Very troublesome when you only had 1 key to begin with. The stairwell is much more convenient than the elevator due to condo location. Pool was not heated 5 of our 7 days. Which was a bummer for kids. There is no bathroom near pool. Both showering stations were out of order and only 1 hose was provided for rinse off from beach. No lounge chairs at pool. There is active construction that started early morning on numerous days of our stay and we were not aware of this prior to booking. I am hopeful that the homeowners can make some upgrades to the complex as it has so much potential.

Sunset Chateau - a quiet & well maintained building on the beach with friendly people

The location is perfect and the condo is comfortable enough. We utilized the AC system & the ceiling fans which worked superbly. Bedrooms are spacious with lots of storage & the bathrooms were well stocked. The walk-in shower off the master was great. There were beach chairs and beach umbrella's at our disposal along with some sand toys which were much appreciated. A few inexpensive beach towels would have been nice though. Kitchen was stocked with the necessary items and the stove & fridge both worked very well. The automatic ice cube maker was a welcome surprise. The TV system worked well and there was adequate seating. Access to the beach is quick since the condo is on the 2nd floor. The building is very well maintained with outdoor picnic tables and charcoal BBQ’s. The washer/dryer on our floor was a timesaver. The condo pool is heated & well maintained, and our 6 year old really enjoyed himself!

Great spot with an amazing view!

Loved our stay here in Treasure Island. The condo was feet away from the sand where we would wake up and walk down to the beach. Came well equipped inside with all the necessities. Will absolutely stay here again in the future! Can’t beat the location! Thanks again.

Relaxing and peaceful

Everything was awesome with this condo. Literally feet away from the beach. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only thing I wish it had was a washer and dryer inside of the unit. There was a washer and dryer that everyone on the floor shared though.
