Cute clean and relaxing 1-bedroom with just enough room for 2 people and our small dog. Nice location to walk downtown to dinner & Jannis Landing in the evening. And then we walked to get breakfast in the morning through the beautiful historic neighborhood.

Host was Great!! House was clean, cute, perfectly located & stocked with all the right essentials. Easy check in and out process. I will Definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our needs, and the host was communicative. It took a little time to find where we were supposed to park, and I wish the bathroom door had some kind of latch to keep it securely closed, but otherwise it was a great place to stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at this Saint Pete rental! Both beds were incredibly comfortable, which made resting after long days so easy. The entire place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a welcoming vibe the moment we walked in. It was also thoughtfully stocked with all the necessities we needed to feel right at home.Everything about our stay was convenient, cozy, and well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again!

Needed a place to stay downtown on very short notice. Space exactly as portrayed online. Clean everything that we needed Host was extremely helpful- He went above and beyond on a holiday weekend

This is a fantastic location. Three great bars/restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk. Check in was easy and very well explained. The Host reached out multiple times during our stay to be sure that we were comfortable. Downtown breweries and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away, as is the Pier and activities there. The unit was spotless when we arrived and AC was excellent for a week in July.
