En modern lägenhet vid stranden på den vackra Paseo de los Pinos i Puerto de Pollensa.
Brisa-lägenheten är rymlig och luftig, med en fantastisk terrass precis vid viken.
En av de bästa hyreslägenheterna på Paseo de los Pinos med direkt tillgång till havsstranden och 5 meter från en strand.
Alla rum är på bottenvåningen. De är fräscha och ventilerade, med vita väggar och klinkergolv. Vardagsrummet öppnar till terrassen, med bekväma soffor, internet, platt-TV och en stereo DVD / CD-spelare. Köket är rymligt och komplett, med tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, brödrost, mikrovågsugn, etc. ...
Det finns två dubbelrum och ett enkelrum, alla med enkla möbler. Ett dubbelrum har ett badrum. Det finns också ett separat separat badrum.
Terrassen är ett fantastiskt utrymme med vacker utsikt över bukten, eleganta möbler, träd med hög skugga och ett belagt område som är perfekt för barn att leka. Två steg leder till gågatan och stranden.
Brisa-lägenheten är ett fritidshus på en av de vackraste platserna på Mallorca. Stranden och havet ligger bara några minuter bort, och det är bara en kort och trevlig promenad till huvudtorget i Puerto de Pollensa för att shoppa och äta. Och om du vill komma bort från stranden är Pollensas gamla stad tio minuter bort med bil ..

Perfect location

An ideal and beautiful spot to enjoy the water, beach and restaurants of Port de Pollenca. Great back deck. Easy jump off spot for hiking and biking.

Lovely apartment on the pinewalk

We had a wonderful stay here. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. We had a minor issue with the shower but Antonio resolved it very quickly. The location is 10/10 and the veranda/ patio is extremely spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous apartment on front line

The property was exactly as advertised as were all comments from previous guests. Whilst we didn’t actually meet Antonio he was only a text message away if we had any queries and the welcome pack was a lovely touch especially as our plane was delayed.

Lovely beachfront apartment

It was beautifully positioned on the pine walk with a great view from the outside space. Few minutes walk from many restaurants and easily walkable to the bus station for excursions. Host was helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this accommodation

Excellent base in Puerto Pollensa

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and it doesn't disappoint. Lovely apartment, well maintained and equipped. The view from the terrace is stunning and the apartment is just a short walk to the restaurants, shops, bus station and the square. Antonio was very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful apartment

A beautiful apartment in the most perfect location just steps away from the beach and really quiet but also only a couple of minutes to all the shops and restaurants. Extremely clean and well equipped and the owner so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our second trip to this apartment and would love to go back again.

Cycle Week

Week out on the bike and decided to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel this time around. Apartment is very good with excellent amenities. Sitting on the terrace at breakfast overlooking the sea was perfect. Great position with plenty of local restaurants close by.

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful and spacious apartment which had everything you could possibly need. The large patio doors open on to a beautiful terrace, with amazing views over the beach and the bay. Antonio was a charming and helpful host, on hand should we have any problems. The location was just perfect, close to lots of lovely restaurants but also very quiet.

Great Pinewalk Apartment

This apartment was in the perfect location. Close to all amenities, but far enough away to not be disturbed. Fantastic view, with beach right on your doorstep. Antonio was a great host. A welcome pack was left for us which was brilliant as we arrived late at night so had everything we needed for the morning.

Mei vakantie

Super locatie en appartement. Vanaf terras zo de boulevard op met leuke strandjes, winkeltjes en restaurantjes en toch heerlijk rustig met mooi zicht op de zee. Er aardige en behulpzame eigenaar.

Schönes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment

Sehr schönes sauberes Apartment direkt am Wasser. Zur Ankunft hatte uns der Besitzer zur Begrüßung Frühstücksutensilien Brot, Marmelade, Butter usw. bereitgestellt. Die Konversation mit ihm war bereits vor der Ankunft freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Perfect apartment

We arrived to a very warm welcome from Antonio who showed us round this beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean, light and airy and had absolutely everything you could need. We spent our days on the lovely terrace which had plenty of shade and sun and the most incredible view. A perfect location close to the restaurants and beach but very quiet and peaceful. Would love to go back again!

Fabulous

Perfect location, lovely, sunny apartment. I would highly recommend it. It is close enough to the restaurants and shops for convenience but located far enough away for it to be very secluded and quiet. The terrace is large and catches both sun and shade all day. Perfect!

We have stayed in various apartments on the Pine Walk over the last 20 years and this is certainly one of the best. Well-equipped, spacious, amazing views and with direct access onto the Pine Walk. Antonio was very helpful too. Did not disappoint.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Ihrer Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt, zentral aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Ein wunderbarer Ausblick auf das Meer und die angrenzenden Berge. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Bäder funktionieren bestens. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir werden Sie garantiert weiterempfehlen und bald schon wiederkommen!

Great flat, well decorated which made us feel at home. The view is incredible!

The owners were very nice and replied to our queries via WhatsApp very quickly. They arrived and gave us the keys to a very well decorated and cozy flat with an amazing view. The kitchen had everything you needed, even cupboard food left by previous tenants. There is a washing machine and dishwasher and three large bedrooms with huge cupboard space. The lounge has a fireplace and beautiful paintings on the walls. There is a huge terrace/garden with a table and chairs, and two deck chairs to enjoy the sun. The view cannot be beaten, the sea, the boats and the mountains. The light changes all the time and we have taken great pictures of this view. It is very close to the centre so you can walk and get to a restaurant very quickly. The only negative we found was that we could hear the neighbours upstairs quite a lot. I guess the building isn’t very well sound insulated but we easily put that away from our minds and enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you Antonio!

Stunning location and views

The apartment is located on the pinewalk and has absolutely stunning views from both inside the apartment and on the outside terrace. Great location near to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.
