Welcome to Stormwater Haven, your cozy, newly built house features a home-away-from-home located in Prairie Pointe, just south of Winnipeg, Manitoba!
Our newly furnished private rooms offer comfort, convenience, and all the essential amenities you need for a relaxing stay. With a private side entrance leading to a cozy two-bedroom suite and a peaceful stormwater view, this space is designed to give you both privacy and tranquility.
Getting around is easy. Weâre just a 5-minute drive (or 32-minute walk) from Bridgwater Centre, where youâll find dining, shopping, pubs, restaurants, banks, salons, and more.
Dedicated bus stop at the property with quick access across Winnipeg.
Only 7 mins to the University of Manitoba, 19 mins to the airport, and 22 mins to downtown.
Located in a safe and friendly neighborhood, guests can also enjoy nearby playgrounds for kids and a football field, making it ideal for families, students, and travellers alike. Whether youâre here for a short getaway or a longer stay, our space offers both comfort and convenience.
The accommodation comfortably hosts 3 to 4 occupants at a time.
Two Comfortable Bedrooms:
Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and comes with premium bedding, blackout blinds, and ample closet space to ensure a restful nightâs sleep.
Room 1: Queen-size bed (sleeps 2 guests or up to 3 children under 12).
Room 2: Double-size bed (sleeps 2 guests or 2 children under 12)
Fully equipped kitchenette that includes a full-size fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, and all essential utensils.
Stylish Bathroom: A pristine bathroom with luxurious towels, toiletries, hair dryer and a rainfall shower to refresh and rejuvenate.
Private Entrance & Parking: Enjoy your privacy with a separate entrance and free parking on the street

Pets are not allowed on the property.
Smoking is prohibited inside the space.
After booking confirmation, you receive an access code for the Master Lock that is situated at the entrance stairs. This Master Lock has the access key inside. Please, do not forget to always drop the key back in the Master Lock when going out and when checking out.
Laundry Service: For guests staying a minimum of four days, we offer a laundry service upon request. The washer and dryer are available in the main building. This is just one of the ways we aim to make your stay more enjoyable and hassle-free.
To help keep the space clean, we kindly encourage guests to remove their shoes and place them on the shoe rubber Mat located by the door inside.
Check-out time is 11 am.
If you require a late check-out, please inform us in advance for approval. A fee of $10 per hour
will apply for any approved extensions.
