Det finns en soffa i vardagsrummet med tvÄ stora bekvÀma stolar. Det finns ocksÄ en t. v. i vardagsrummet som har baskabel och som kan komma Ät Netflix via den Roku som tillhandahÄlls ocksÄ. Matsalen har 6 platser bekvÀmt, men det finns en bÀnkstol och nÄgra extra stolar om du behöver pressa in nÄgra till. Det finns en inhÀgnad bakgÄrd med en fin veranda, som har en liten gasgrill, ett bistrobord med plats för tvÄ till middag utomhus! Förutom ett hundhus för dina lurviga vÀnner. Köket har det mesta av det du behöver för att piska upp en semestermÄltid. Den Àr utrustad med en elektrisk ugn / spis, mikrovÄgsugn, vinkyl, kyl, mixer och alla redskap du behöver. Nice place. Enjoyed decor a lot.

We enjoyed our time there. Good proximity to restaurants, the beach and New Orleans. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again. There are train tracks right behind the house. Was loud at times but also kind of fun. The more sensitive of our party had noise machines for sleeping and didn’t notice a thing

Family Vacation

The house is about 4 blocks from the beach and you have to walk across the highway. The manager communicated with us easily. The house does need some yard maintenance and some deep cleaning. We enjoyed our stay very much though and would definitely stay again. It is an older home just as the pictures show.

Great location

Comfortable beds, nice and spacious. Loved the location - close to the coast, casinos, and dining. We really used the home as a spot to simply hang out. We spent a lot of time there and it was comfortable. We had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi and using the roku. And the train was honestly terrifying at night. But we live in a very secluded quiet area, so any noise is disruptive to me. Everyone loved the shower.

More than expected

This is a very charming older home with a modern vibe that works so well! It was very comfortable, clean, completely safe in our book, and having our 2 dogs with us made it an excellent experience. They loved the adventure of a new (to them) backyard. We like to do our own cooking and are not typically hotel folks, so this was a perfect solution for us. I read previous reviews and the trains coming and going to the seaport was a negative for some, but we had no problem with it at all. The owners have thoughtfully provided earplugs for those who don't love the sound. Our dogs have never experienced it, but after a few went by, even they were not paying it any attention. It is a quaint, friendly neighborhood and the one and only thing I would suggest to the owners (and am reluctant to even mention) is that the windows needed cleaning outside to better enjoy the view. Thanks for a lovely place to stay.

Our Favorite Vacation Rental to Date!

My girlfriend and I travel a lot. We always stay in vacation rentals. This one truly exceeded all expectations. Liz made booking a breeze! We arrived at Casa Verde late at night, which was made easy because there was a code for us to let ourselves in super late. The house was such a pleasant place to end our long road trip. It smelled amazing, and the beds were so welcoming and comfortable. We woke up the next morning to a friendly text from the owners making sure we arrived ok. We cooked a few nights, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The house was conveniently located near several great restaurants, bars and we took full advantage of the casino being within walking distance. It is also very near the beach. Many of our crew walked to the beach in the mornings and evenings. I am so happy we stumbled upon this cozy cottage for our end of summer vacation. It had so much charm and was in the perfect location for us and the couple who joined us! I look forward to coming back soon. It seems like it would be a nice place to visit during the winter months. There is a lovely fireplace, and a front porch that is perfect for morning coffee! Thanks for lending us your perfect place, Liz! We cant wait to come back!

Everything was amazing. It was an impromptu vacation and couldn’t have been any better if it was planned. The house was amazing, beyond expectations. The decor was beautiful. Not over the top, with an at home feel. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Amazing house

I loved everything about property. Our dogs enjoyed fenced in back yard. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were comfortable and relaxing. We spent 3 nights there and we definitely will book again! Only small problem was bedroom door handle came off door.

Celebration of life

I came to Mississippi for the first time with my boyfriend, his brother and his wife. We were meeting up with family on the beach for 4th of july for a celebration of life as their father had recently passed at the beginning of the year. This little house was absolutely perfect for the time we were here. We were all so comfortable and check in/ check out was incredibly smooth and easy! I purchased this lovely home from my grandmother. When she told me she was going to sell it, I knew I had to have this charming bungalow. It has always been a very happy home, and I am happy to share that with visitors from all around.

There is also a homemade candy store within walking distance for the kids to visit. The downtown restaurants that offer local seafood, steaks, pizza, and Cajun cuisine are a two-minute drive.
