Shoults visit - April 4-6

We really enjoyed the place. There are a few things to mention: 1) A small container of coffee would have been nice. 2) You ought to supply a roll of paper towels there for wiping the counters, etc. 3) Hair dryer didn't work. 4) There was no wood for the fireplace. Above all that we enjoyed the privacy and serenity of the location. I would rent this place again. Thanks.

Excellent stay

Delightful little property, exactly as advertised. Kitchen, living room with fireplace, bed, full bath. Hot tub and pool in great condition and working. Didn’t use it but there’s a Weber grill out back. We have stayed in several properties in the Wimberley area over the years, this is the first one we agreed we would likely rebook next time we visit.

Weekend Getaway

Quiet, peaceful cabin in a very secluded area. Backyard was perfect with covered deck, hot tub, and a pool for the warmer months. Inside was a perfect setting for a romantic weekend. The only feedback I have for the owners is to add window coverings for all doors and windows. Would be a nice touch for extra privacy.

Wedding anniversary

First time in the hill country was a great get away from city living.The country cottage was a great way to relax and also celebrate are wedding anniversary away the house in nicely located away from everything but within 10.min of the town of Wimberley i would recommend it to everyone i know that just wants to get away will be making yhe trip

Nice little cabin

Nice little cabin, private and quiet area but close to town. Pool was clean and refreshing. Hot tub was clean but very strong chorine smell. So strong we could not stay in very long due to throat irritation and coughing. We had issues with ants inside the house as well. Overall it was a good stay however

OUR SUMMER VACATION

Your cabin is absolutely beautiful and above all very comfortable. The decor was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy, the quietness and felt at home. Message for everyone: if you haven't stayed here before you don't know what you are missing. We plan to make this annual mini vacation.

A few days away from the daily grind. Amazing cottage. Perfect location. Secluded and peaceful. The swimming pool was so enjoyable during the summer heat. There was a hot tub and chimenea as well, but we didn’t prioritize using those. Overall fantastic experience.

AMAZING!!

This little studio cabin was exactly what we needed! We were here for our 23rd Wedding Anniversary. The place is decorated tastefully. We pretty much just checked out and unplugged and floated in the pool for 2 days. Privacy is 5 star. Inside was clean and well put together. Grocery was not even 10 min away. The only complaint i have is the pool was a bit dirty. You can see it was cleaned, but if you move the steps, they cleaned around it, and the steps had some green on the sides. The edge at the bottom of the pool was not scrubbed. Other than that we loved our stay here and definitely be back again! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful getaway 😊

Fantastic Getaway

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and it is a little slice of heaven. It is 10 minutes from everything, but feels secluded and private. We live an hour away in Austin, so this is the perfect place for a quick getaway or long weekend. We will definitely be back!

Nice area for cabin

We rented this cabin bc it had a pool, hot tub. When we arrived we were disappointed that the pool was dirty, the hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it burned our eyes. The hot tub didnt work, we couldnt get in if it did bc of the chlorine. The cabin was clean inside, has what you need but the Sulphur smell when you use the water due to its on a well was horrible. It was so bad we left a day early bc it gave me a headache that the smell lasted so long in the cabin. The cabin is located in a good private area just needs some maintenance. There was a pile of old fencing in the front side of the cabin that isnt to appealing.

35th anniversary

The place was very beautiful. Cabin Was decorated nicely. Our only complaint was at the hot tub didn’t work properly. A communication breakdown when we tried to let them know. we rented this place because it did have a hot tub and a pool and that was the main reasons. we were told there hadn’t been any other complaints about the hot tub, so I guess ours didn’t really matter.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this cabin! It’s perfect for two people to unwind, relax and refresh! Property is very clean and decorated very nicely, just out in a new deck, pool and spa are very clean and work well. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t regret it!

Great house just a few odds and ends

Hot tub wasn't clean, had several large spiders in the filter and the chlorine smell was so strong we couldn’t enjoy it. Other than that we were happy with our stay. Thanks again!

Perfect Wedding Getaway
