This gorgeous condo is located on the Amelia Island Plantation and comes equipped with a private balcony overlooking the community pool and ocean! Amenities include a well-equipped kitchen, TVs in all rooms, high-speed WiFi, and an on-site washer/dryer. This multi-level condo boasts gorgeous ocean views from the kitchen, living room, and primary bedroom and offers a great entertaining space for the entire family! The primary bedroom has a bathroom attached to it with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms are on the middle floor and have a shared bath (shower/tub combo) in the hall.

Things to Know
Please be aware that starting Monday, August 11th: There will be a project in the parking lot area that will involve construction noise and increased activity & is projected to last approximately 6 weeks.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

The place was very clean and the location was very pleasant. The layout was very interesting wkth several stairs in the condo, but it was spavious and comfortable for 6 adults and 1 small child. And although the weather was not ideal for the first nights, we still enjoyed our visit.

Fantastic view and location

Very good property and location. Not for small children due to higher floor and balcony. Great for adults and family. Excellent pool. Right on beach and fabulous view. Easy parking. Needs beach towels and one of the bedrooms with twin beds doesn’t get great air conditioning. Excellent weekend stay on the Plantation.

Over all loved our stay. Was so peaceful & relaxing. Only thing is it is very difficult to find with google maps. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and are already thinking of booking again! ❀

Dream Vaca

Phenomenal stay and facility/property provided much needed respite. The views were breathtaking and the layout was perfect for our family. We will definitely venture again :)!!

Beach Walker Condo

The location, private parking, and the management company were big pluses. The condo was okay. Bathrooms were very small. The Master Bath was basically one person at a time. The kitchen was also very tight. Closets were very small. Bedrooms were like staying at a hotel, not a home.

Reviewer Comments: We were hosting 18 of our 27 immediate family members in three condos at Beach Walker Villas. 1137 Beach Walker Villa offered 3 BR- king, queen and set of twins. Perfect set up! Beautiful view of the swimming pool and Atlantic Ocean beach all a short walk on a nice lighted boardwalk. The villa was recently updated, well appointed kitchen, clean -perfect! My adult kids will probably return soon!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Amelia Island for 6 years and have always rented through same company. This property however did not meet any Covid requirements upon arrival. Refrigerator had Kool Aid spilled all over the inside. Shower had shells all over the floor and a wad of long black hair on top of the drain, bathroom sinks covered in toothpaste spit and more! The rental company said they would refund cleaning fee. I ended up recleaning the condo. The condo itself needs some updating. Showers and tub full of rust and cracking caulk. Carpets dirty. Furniture very nice, location is awesome and view is to die for!

Great location for family beach trip

Check in and check out was smooth. The condo was not well cleaned and there was only one pool key, but other than that everything was great. The Kitchen was equipped with all we needed. The location was good and the view outstanding. The entire family had a great time.

Some simple tweaks could turn this into a 5 star property

Reviewer Comments: Nice overall stay...* Positives- nice complex, beautiful boardwalk to the beach, well maintained grounds- location is great -- quiet but still very accessible to town- balcony has a beautiful view of the pool/ocean- nice touch providing a choice of books for guests to enjoyNeeds Improvement- investing in a few simple additions would make this property much more comfortable -- add a few throws or blankets -- we had some cool nights and there wasn't a blanket to be found- Kitchen -- a Kuerig and a new set of knives would have been so nice- providing a couple of beach chairs and beach towels would make it much more convenient for travelers arriving by plane- and perhaps the biggest drawback to this property -- the views are awesome, but you can only see them from the balcony or through open windows, as the windows are in such poor condition (perhaps a broken seal?), that you literally can't see through them. -- And it is for this reason, that we would not rent this particular unit again

Just What We Needed

Our family of 5 was in need of a long weekend away, and this condo was exactly what we were looking for. The location was beautiful, there was plenty of space for us to spread out, and it was fully stocked with all we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beach, and were able to rest and relax in a cozy condo during the rainstorms that came through. We will definitely be looking to rent this condo again.

Some minor repairs would have helped to make it better, closet door adjustments and leaky faucets, but good technology with Comcast cable and streaming access. Good collection of cooking utensils and implements, glassware, etc. Pool was quite warm and chemicals were quite strong - a little more refreshing (cooler temp) would have been better. Elevator at Beach Walker died the day of departure and we had to lug all of our stuff down 6 flights of stairs in 90 degree heat. Aside from that it was a good trip.
