This rental includes one assigned parking space at Ship’s Bell, conveniently located on-site.

If you’re traveling with more than one vehicle, additional public parking is available nearby at the MacMillan Pier lot and the East End Municipal lot. Metered parking is in effect from May through early November; off-season parking is generally free.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo, including all rooms, amenities, and outdoor areas.

This includes a fully-equipped kitchen, stylish living room, comfortable bedroom, one free parking spot, and private deck.

Being part of a multi-unit residential building in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents.

Our neighbors live here year-round, so please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home.

When you're coming and going in the interior hallways, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours for all public areas (hallway, deck, parking area) are from 8pm - 8am.

Please be aware that noise might travel among units in our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.

The sleeping area is a lofted platform and requires climbing up a ladder. Please see photos and be sure that you are comfortable with this arrangement prior to booking.
