Located in Monroe, enjoy what this 3-bedroom house has to offer. With 3 queen beds, 2 bathrooms featuring a shower and jetted bathtub, and two cozy living rooms with one sofa bed, guests will find this property to be an enjoyable retreat. Heating, AC, iron, and hair dryer are provided for your convenience. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby!
We love our fur babies and we welcome yours too! We have a large, fully fenced backyard for them to run and play.

All three bedrooms feature Queen beds with pillow tops mattresses. One of the sofas in the second living room has a Queen pullout sofa bed. Every bedroom has a 43 inch Roku Tv.

The location of this wonderful home cannot be beat!
-Located just one mile from Forsythe Boat dock. Forsythe Park and Golf Course is even closer! (1/2 mile)
-6.8 miles from West Monroe Sports Complex
- 2.4 miles to St Francis Hospital
- 3.5 miles to ULM
- and about 30 minutes to the Meta Center.

You’ll find a fully stocked kitchen as well as a coffee/tea bar with to-go cups!
The neighborhood is super friendly and safe, located right behind Neville High School!

This is in response to a miscommunication. The guests kids returned to the property more than 2 hours past checkout time, cameras went offline and there was a different vehicle that what the guest arrived in. All of this with no communication from guest.

We stayed only one night, in August, on our way to Gulf Shores. After a 6 hour drive it was so wonderful to enter such a charming, clean, well stocked with all anyone would need to cook, enjoy coffee (or tea), even some yummy snacks, and relax on the Oh So comfortable sofas in TWO living rooms!! If you are traveling with others, this 3 bedroom/2 bath & 2 living room house is absolutely perfect for everyone to have their own space to watch TV, read, play games or enjoy a great meal! The owner has thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay in her beautiful home feel like you are at home!! The backyard is HUGE & provides lots of grass for our dog to do her "zoomies" after a long drive! Great for kids to play in also and there's a covered porch you can sit to keep an eye on the dog or kids...and enjoy a beverage! Communication, booking, and entry into the house was sooo easy!! The house was close to restaurants, stores, gas stations & the freeways! I HIGHLY recommend staying at this wonderful home!!

The most beautiful welcoming property that I’ve stayed in with Vrbo this lady could not have been any more attentive. We will return and hopefully the house will still be with Vrbo.

Ease of entry and exit! Perfect location for our adult children and their children to have a space for naps and regrouping while being close to our childhood home that was the central location for family meals etc. Very clean and great secure off street parking for our rental minivan from Florida. We will stay here again for sure!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, well equipped and much bigger than expected. We spent a great deal of time in the back bonus room and on the back patio. The host responded quickly to all messages and was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend it to others

Fabulous house! Host Mandy was very responsive for check in, check out, and questions. Great yard for our senior dog. House is very well appointed with towels, soaps, snacks, blankets. You name it this gem had it all. Great location, quiet near high school and lots of cute restaurants for dinner. We would absolutely book again!
