The private backyard boasts of space for games, a place to sip your morning coffee, grill some sizzling food, or relax after a day on the water. Inside, soft neutrals, natural light, and open layout create a calm, inviting space. Just minutes to Three Sisters Springs, boat ramps, and downtown, youâll have the best of Crystal River at your fingertips.

The Neighborhood:
Located on a quiet side street just five minutes from downtown. Winn-Dixie is 5 minutes away; Publix and Walmart about 15 minutes. Restaurants, springs, and outdoor activities are all within a 10-minute drive.
Getting Around:
Private driveway parking included. Bring bikes if you like, but a car is the most convenient way to reach the springs, boat ramps, and restaurants nearby. Public boat launches are just minutes away.
