Detta hem är 1700 kvadratmeter med två våningar av bostadsyta och tre lyxigt inredda sovrum och två och en halv bad. Inredningen har en bestämd cool naturlig strandkänsla. På första våningen finns alla tre sovplatser. Det stora sovrummet har ett eget badrum med duschkabin och en king size-säng. Det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng och delar ett Jack och Jill bad med bunkroom. Njut av det djupa badkaret för stora bubbelbad. Bunkroom har två inbyggda våningssängar, ett med en queen size-säng med tvillinghöjd och den andra med en tvilling över dubbla våningssäng. På andra våningen finns vardagsrum, kök och matsal med öppen planlösning. Köket är en kocks dröm som går i uppfyllelse med kryddstativ och bakverk. House was great but watch where you step!

Only issues were sink water pressures being very low and there were A LOT of rusty nails and screws on the front and back porches and cobblestone paths (even in the outdoor shower area). We made piles in both the front and back of the house and luckily the kids didn't get hurt. Not exactly great for walking barefoot at a beach house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is our 6th stay at different rental homes in Cinnamon Shore and I have to say this is one of the best equipped kitchens! We didn’t need to look for anything because we found it in the house! Coffee makers, toaster ovens, pot/pans, thermometer, lemon squeezer...you name it, they had it! We always try to cook all our meals when on vacation at Cinnamon Shore and this house was perfect for that. Also, the decor was beautiful, rooms were comfy. Overall another great stay!

Reviewer Comments: Nice beach house--but the floor plan doesn't allow for any privacy or rest. The first floor includes 2 bedrooms, with a bunk room in the middle. If the kids were in the bunk room, it made it challenging to get any rest. And, even more of an issue if you are trying to rest downstairs while anyone was upstairs. Not a very relaxing scenario. Would never choose this condo again.

The best week!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was wonderful! We stayed with another family (three young kids) and there was plenty of room. We loved the layout and really enjoyed the balconies off the living room. No matter the time of day there was somewhere comfortable to relax outside. Kitchen was really well stocked, beds were really comfortable. We also enjoyed being close to the restaurants- really convenient with littles. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely on the outside but some issues when you look closer

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Window issues: Upon arriving we noticed the front window was broken and tapped shut. This caused a poor seal for the front bedroom. On our last day there was a storm and the back bedroom was covered in water everywhere from the windows not shutting. We did not realize this until that day due to not opening the windows. There also was water stains on the ceiling in that same bedroom. Bugs: there was multiple cockroaches on the floor throughout our stay. But the worst part was there was cockroaches in the bed under the sheets in the front bedroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A perfect stay at Sunset Bay! We loved Cinnamon Shore and all they had to offer. The house is beautiful and well stocked. My family of 5 plus a set of grandparents, we were all comfortable and the golf carts are a must. The market and restaurants on property were fantastic. It's a family friendly place and everyone is kind. No issues with noise late at night or early morning. Even with construction happening, it was peaceful. We didn't want to leave!! We will for sure be coming back to stay again.

Had everything we needed and more

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Sunset Bay. Would definitely recommend! This home is spacious, open and full of light. It had everything our group of 5 (3 adults & 2 kids) needed. Every bedroom has a TV, bathrooms are stocked with tons of towels and the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of basics. The owners also include beach towels and there were plenty of places to hang towels and swimsuits to dry after a day on the beach. We will be back!

Fall beach retreat

111 Still Water was very nice and had all the comforts we needed. It accommodated our group quite well and with the golf cart rental to shuttle to the beach and back, was all we needed for a restful weekend.

Serenity at Sunset Bay!

My husband and I wanted to be able to take a trip with our two children and their grandparents and feel like we had truly escaped without traveling out of Texas. We had the best time visiting on the patio during lunch while the cool beach breeze blew through. This rental had everything we needed and if for any reason we did need something, The C Market was just down the road. For a larger group, we did not have any issues with needing additional seating or anything. This space was truly an escape and we cannot wait to go back! We loved our time at Sunset Bay!

This house was furnished and stocked so nicely! It had more than you’d expect for a rental in terms of paper goods, kitchen supplies, cleaning items, appliances, etc. We loved the property and would definitely select it again.
