Naples Christmas Getaway

Very comfortable place. Great location close to 5th and Old Naples. Easy 15 min walk to beach. We had a few appliance issues but they were fixed promptly and Becky the host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return for another stay!

Family Fun in Olde Naples

The property was great and exactly as advertised. The property manager was attentive to whatever was needed. The location is just ideal as it is close to the beach, shopping and dining, and parks for the kids. We had a blast.

Fantastic stay in a prime location

We had a great stay at this property. It is in an absolutely prime location - just a short walk to the beach, to the marina, to shops and restaurants, you really couldn't ask for better. The property itself was clean with plenty of space for the seven of us that stayed there, and was well-equipped. Only slight drawback is that the plunge pool is really just a plunge pool, but it really didn't matter to us as we were so close to the beach. Would definitely recommend - thanks Becky for a great stay!

Awesome location in Old Town Naples

Perfect rental for family! Location is the best. Easy walk to 5th Ave, 3rd Street and beach. Place was decorated nicely and was super clean. Loved having the plunge pool and also outside entertaining area.

The property met our expectations in every way. Becky was a pleasure to deal with and I can say there were no glitches whatsoever. We loved having an extra bedroom for my brother who was unexpectedly in the area. My 2-year old grandson loved being a walk away from the fire station, plus the plunge pool. No question, we would return to this house.

Beautiful property in a great location

We had a wonderful experience at this property. We are five friends that get together several times a year and prefer not to stay in hotel rooms. We chose to visit Naples this year and found this house to be the perfect place to stay. This home is exactly as shown in the photos and is very clean. It is close to 5th Ave so we could walk to restaurants and shopping. The owner, Becky, was very quick to respond and was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

7 January days in Naples

Our week in Naples in this fine, advantageously-located property delivered exactly what we were looking for: an escape from the dark, dreary northern cold in comfort. We took full advantage with walks to downtown Naples and the beach. Nice state parks and Marco island were short drives away. We would be happy to do it again!

Stunning home, perfect location

Modern, clean, and spacious. Perfect location: tennis courts across the street, top-end restaurants, bars, and shopping and are a 5-minute walk away, and it's a 5-minute bike ride to the beach. Seamless check-in and check-out. Will definitely be returning next year!

Disappointing

I’ve rented numerous VRBO’s and have ghad great experiences. This property had a phenomenal location but that’s where it ends. I had to call to get my code to check in. Once I was given it, it didn’t work and I had to call back. The first day there was no water at all. Couldn’t use the toilets or shower. We pulled out the air mattress to use and there were three dead cockroaches. The swimming pool walls look like they haven’t been cleaned in months, the kids never even used the pool. This was NOT a cheap property by any means. In fact, it’s the most I’ve spent on a VRBO and my worse experience. When I brought these issues to light and asked for compensation, I was refunded $500. Approximately five percent of what I paid.

Close to the ocean

The pool was very disappointing, no where to lay out. Bugs/mosquitoes everywhere. We each had about 20 bug bites. Not really within walking distance to the beach- I think it was 8 blocks away so you have to load up the car and hunt for a spot to park. Should have stayed at a hotel. Property manager was nice and efficient, just not up to our standards.

Beautiful home, great location, clean and contemporary

We truly enjoyed our stay and found everything to be beautiful and comfortable and clean. The living area (first floor ) is not large but was comfortable. Beach chairs and towels and linens - all great. Bedrooms and baths all modern and lovely. Only consideration would be that pool is very small and just a step outside slider. Patio area is great for dining and lounging but not poolside sunbathing. Overall outstanding experience!

Phenomenal property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this incredible home! Amazing location, within walking distance of the beach and many shops and restaurants. The house is truly lovely with a beautiful back patio and plunge pool. We had absolutely everything we needed and would love to stay here again!

Bed sheets were very smelly house manger said they were new we had to strip beds an wash them all.. location is fantastic.. house had a musty smell and we use an defuser that was on property an it got better!
