Music and excessive outdoor noise (yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking, etc.) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 PM. Amplification devices or musical instruments cannot be used outdoors or be audible outside the home at any time.
