Vår villa är en mysig plats intill poolen och några få steg till stranden.
2 sovrum 2 badrum, kök och vardagsrum. Gratis WiFi finns med kabel-TV. Tvättservice finns i samma strandvillasamhälle och tennis, 18-håls golfbana i närheten. Ta bara med din baddräkt och koppla av. Min promenad till restauranger, medicinska kontor, livsmedelsbutiker. Uttagsautomat, presentbutik, sprit / vinaffär och så mycket mer. Du kan njuta av nattlivet på Tipsy Seagull. Torsdagskvällen är ”pizzakväll”. Andra restauranger Coco beach bar och kokosnötter. Kanel rullar på Cafe Florence

Gratis strandlounger och gratis paraplybord. Strandparaply att hyra på Coco Beach Grille (10 $ / dag) eller gratis under palmerna. Vid tidvattnet kommer du att vara i aww på den fantastiska sandbaren. Du kanske ser stjärnfiskar, sanddollar och ringar. Du kan antingen njuta av poolpartierna som arrangeras för hyresgästerna eller din villas privatliv och den avkopplande stranden
För att flytta runt kan du välja mellan att hyra antingen en golfbil, cykel, bil, få en taxi ... över hela världen. De flesta går eller cyklar. Du kan till och med hyra en båt på marinan i närheten. 15 minuters bilresa från Treasure Cay flygplats och 30 minuter från Marsh Harbour Airport.

Wonderful host

Beautiful property with an awesome location. The villa is right next to the pool and beach. Claudio was an excellent host and answered all questions promptly. We would totally recommend this property.

Just whàt we were looking for.

Very clean, very comfortable. A few steps from a nice, clean beach with no one on it. Owners and on site people were great. Locals very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for Perfect Day at Coco Cay, this aint it. Very quiet, not much to do. Just what we wanted.

Great Vacation

Great location literally steps from pool, observation deck and beach. Villa was super clean, nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities. We had a lovely stay!

Beautiful home!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is beautiful, clean and decorated lovely. The location is just steps from the most beautiful beach and a short 5 minute walk to the Beach Club Bar and dinner. Barbara and Claudio were great and very available to answer any questions. I would lightly recommend

Absolutely amazing!

This villa is fantastic! Best one in the complex! 10 steps to very warm pool and 10 more steps to the best beach ever! Very quiet and private. Villa is well equipped and everything is brand new! Beds are super comfortable. Will definitely come back!

Stunning Location

This property is steps away from a gorgeous pool and fantastic beach.Therr were plenty of cabanas and lounge chairs available as well. The place was obviously recently remodeled with new furniture and accessories. Truly a gem. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, the nearby restaurants and sunset meetings socially with the neighbors. Returning is on our minds.

Great Location

This villa is very close to the beach and pool, yet still private. Easy walk to Florence’s cafe and the convenience store. Loved listening to the waves from the villa. Treasure Cay is as beautiful as ever. Hosts are easy to communicate with and Martha the manager was friendly and accommodating. Will be back!

Wonderful!

Our trip was in February 2025: The weather was sunny with highs around 78 and a slight breeze... perfect! The Villa was very clean and orderly. The king bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quaint and well kept. The laundry area was immaculate and the General Manager, Shantell, was so kind and helpful. The Villa is literally right next to the pool but you wouldn't know it because they have the sidewalks and shrubbery designed in a way for excellent privacy. To get to the white sand beach, we simply had to walk through the pool area and we were on the sand. Perfect location. This unit is by far in the best location to access the pool and the beach. The beach was private and might have had 10-12 people on it each day. Plenty of private and quiet space to relax. The water was beautiful, as we expected. We investigated renting a car prior to our trip. It was so expensive, we decided to wing it. When we landed at the Marsh Harbour airport, we stopped by the rental car desk and asked for the cheapest thing they had (2 adults). They gave us a Honda Fit for 350.00 for 7 days. We took it. It wasn't a luxury car but it got us everywhere we wanted to go all week. It only took 16.00 to top it off when we returned it. Be careful, they drive on the left side of the road and that was disorienting but we handled it. They also don't have a lot of stop signs and stop lights so the right of way is subjective. We just considered the driving as part of the vacation adventure.

Great location, private and quiet place….

We loved staying here, off the beaten path next to a most beautiful beach with cool white sand, and warm clear turquoise water. The AC kept us nice and cool. The Wi-Fi works great, king bed was comfy, (we didn’t use the extra bedroom with 2 twins and it’s bathroom) and the nicely equipped kitchen are all wonderful to have. We stayed here for a week before boarding our catamaran to decompress and prepare for a total disconnect from our business, our devices, and the World. It was a perfect option. The pool is next door but with the tropical vegetation, no one can see us come and go from our villa. You should rent a car at the airport as it gets costly to use a taxi and driver. The owners communicated very well with me and their onsite support staff work diligently to make your stay go smoothly. Our villa was exceptionally clean. We will return, no doubt in my mind. ❤️🌴

Great Place

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt am schönsten Sandstrand der ganzen Karibik. Das Haus ist mit allem liebevoll ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Direkt am Strand gelegen.

Enjoy my stay would be an understatement for this place, This villa is located right next to the pool and Treasure Cay beach, everything was walking distance. For myself and my families first trip to an Island I cannot thank them enough for giving us such a wonderful experience!!! Very relaxing, clean, comfortable place. 😎☀️🌴✈️
