Make yourself at home in this enchanting 1-bedroom Caldwell retreat. This marvelous home that feels more like a cottage features a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, perfect for a tranquil night's sleep. With amenities like AC, heating, and a outdoor deck overlooking the wildlife-laden pasture, guests can relax and unwind in this peaceful space. The all-marble bathroom offers a refreshing shower, two vanities with sinks, hair dryer, hotel quality towels and sundries for added convenience.
PLUS! This home is only 45 miles to Kyle Field at Texas A & M University. Are you wanting to see the game? Then come back and enjoy some downtime? This is the place!
OR: Are you planning to visit the Round Top Antique Show and Sale this Fall? We're about 50 miles from Round Top and Warrenton - the Premier Antique Capital of Texas! The Fall Show starts October 4th and runs through the 18th! But if you miss the Show, you can still travel to Round Top during the off season and shop the unique home decorating stores or have pie at the famous Royer's Pie Kitchen or visit the Round Top Institute. There's PLENTY to do in Round Top, Texas!
OR: Are you a BBQ fan?!!! This cozy cottage is in the HEART and CENTER of many famous, and almost famous, barbecue joints that will satisfy the lover of meat, meat and more meat! World Famous Snow's BBQ in Lexington, TX is just 17 miles away, down winding country roads from this precious home (if you choose to take the scenic route)! Or you can drive down the main roads/highways leading to Lexington, which will make your drive 25 or 35 miles, depending which roads you take.
Snow's BBQ was named Texas' #1 Best BBQ in Texas Monthly magazine in 2008 and they have been featured on many many cooking and travel shows around the world ever since! In September 2025, Southern Living magazine named Snow's BBQ #2 in their recent Best 50 BBQ places in the South.
