This spacious house offers 3 bedrooms with 1 full bathroom. There is a full kitchen for your daily meals. The property can host up to 6 people, making it a great option for families. Parking space for up to 3 cars. The house is centrally located.

No visitors allowed that are not register to the reservation, a fee will be applied and you and your visitors will be asked to leave the property inmediately.
Pets are not allow in the property. If you violated this rule, you will be asked you leave the property and there will be NO REFUND
Smoking inside is not allowed. A cleaning fee of $1,000 will be applied
This place is NOT a hotel, so you are expected to keep the place clean when checking out, otherwise, a cleaning fee of $40 extra will be apllied.
This listing does not include access to the basement area. The basement is listed separately. It is important to note this distinction. The basement has a separate entrance, in the back side of the house ensuring privacy for both.
