The space is a loft-type apartment (double height and private terrace), with a bedroom on the ground floor (where a full bathroom is located) and another upper floor bedroom (with full bathroom and walking closet).

Guest access
There are two battery parking spaces (one behind the other) located in SĂłtano dos (S2). Parking control is located inside of the apartment.
The entrance on foot is by security cabin (prior notice from me to the guard and administration of the building); subsequently access to the apartment is via electronic lock.
