Great location, only minutes away from everything we went to (children's museum, zoo, etc). Place had everything we needed to cook food when we stayed in. Would definitely stay again if we're back in town.

We enjoyed the hot tub, access to the interstate, the kitchen and coffee bar was well stocked with anything we needed. Plenty of towels, spacious rooms, comfortable beds.

3-day moms and sons trip. House is exactly as pictured in a terrific location. Clean, well stocked, very quiet despite being by the freeway. Grill wasn't working but everything else was great! Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay in Indy for some sports tournaments. We used all of the amenities including the gym and hot tub. There was plenty of room for all of us including the dog.

Very nice 2 story home. Modern appliances and bathrooms. Location is about 1 mile from downtown and can be walked or an easy cab ride. Definitely recommend.

The house and backyard were great. Close enough to walk to downtown area while being out of the hustle and bustle of the city. The hot tub was a great bonus. Everything was clean. Ed was fantastic with checking in and keeping in touch with any questions we had. Great experience

The host was welcoming and very detailed. The home is beautiful, close to everything in downtown Indy and we really enjoyed the hot tub. If you’re trying to decide where to stay close to downtown, stay here. Highly recommended!

This place was absolutely amazing! The host Eddie, was always so responsive as soon as I asked a question. I had a lot of questions leading up to our stay. Our groceries got delivered before we arrived and Eddie had a friend bring them into the house for us. If you plan on coming to Indiana this is your place! It’s beautiful inside and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! We highly recommend the Herman House.

This house is wonderful. There were 3 bedrooms with plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. They are dog friendly and had all the things you could want to make your dog feel at home.The host, Ed was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. They allowed us to check in a little early and check out a little late to help accommodate our weekend plans.If you stay at this property, make sure you visit Taylor Made Fitness nearby. This gym is wonderful and has all that you need for a great workout. Kelsey was so nice and even gave us a few food recommendations nearby. We will be adding this house to our list of places to stay in Indianapolis!

House was perfect! Plenty of room for our family of six, abundant supplies for our stay, and extra towels for showers and hot tub. The beds were comfortable, and kids appreciated tvs in all the bedrooms. We loved being able to use the gym and walk down to Three Dolls Cafe for breakfast and lunch. When back in Indy, we will definitely check to see if this house is available again for another stay!
