IDEAL PLATS, 2 mil väster om Keystone på Old Hill City-vägen, en berömd motorcykelrutt. Upplev tåget från 1880 som går direkt vid fastigheten. Njut av platserna, specialbutiker, stort utbud av mat och underhållning med Mt Rushmore 5 minuter bort, Crazy Horse inom 20 minuter och om du gillar att spela Deadwood är cirka 45 minuters restid. Fantastic Stay!

Rick and Linda were wonderful hosts. They were very welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable about the area. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the game room and the fire pit with the bonus “welcome s’mores kit” was a fun surprise. The train was neat to watch and never annoying and the views were so relaxing from the patio. Great stay would definitely go again!

Great central location and all (and more) of the amenities you need. Linda and Rick really go out of the way to ensure you don't need anything, from the brochures and suggestions on trips, to the fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, you get it. Our only regret was that we didn't spend as much time in the game room, but hiking called. And the train literally passes right in front of the property, which is pretty cool. Finally, it became a game to guess what wildlife we'd see when we left in the morning: deer, turkeys, you name it. All in all, a great time.

Perfect location, accommodations and hosts

We had a delightful time. A real plus is having an owner occupied VRBO. We enjoyed watching the 1880 train at about 9:45. The game room was ideal for our 3,12 year old grandsons, 4 fun games. There was a spacious feel to the place and the kitchen well- stocked with cooking supplies. I even made Belgian waffles one morning. Rick and Linda live conveniently located to many of the sights in the area. In spite of cool and sometimes rainy weather, we were able to do all we wanted to do, and it really helped having such a lovely place to call home for 4 days. Thank you Rick and Linda for your hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness.

Great place to stay for your South Dakota getaway

This was a nice place to stay with our family. The check-in process was great, and we were given a tour to help us make the most of our time there. It was centrally located—many scenic areas, state parks, and tourist activities were within 15 minutes. The kids (and dad) loved the game room as we unwinded after a long day exploring. It was an A+ experience!

Wonderful Stay!

Rick and Linda did not disappoint with the entire experience! Very clean and furnished with everything you need for a great vacation. Easy property to find and located in close proximity to many of the key destinations in Keystone and the Black Hills. We will definitely book this property again when returning to the area.

Great stay in the Black Hills!

Our family had a wonderful trip to the Black Hills/Mt Rushmore!!! A big part of what made it great was staying here!!! It was a home away from home for our stay. Perfect base camp for our SD vacation

This property was the perfect choice for our family vacation to the Black Hills. The owners were fantastic and thought of everything. It was impeccably clean and comfortable, as well as fun for the kids. We will definitely stay here again on our next SD adventure.

Enjoyable Stay

This property is a great location close to Keystone. The hosts have gone out of their way to provide a warm and welcoming environment with many distractions that will keep your kids occupied while you sit back and relax and just enjoys your vacation. Beautiful property

This place was perfect for our family! Our kids loved the game room. This place is very close to Mt. Rushmore(less than 10 minutes) and to Keystone where there are shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

If our vrbo stay is the brand then y’all have knocked it out of the park. This was the best rental we have ever stayed in during a vacation. Great stay in the Black Hills

Our family loved staying at this wonderful property. The kids loved using the pool table, air hockey and games, making s’mores on the outdoor fire pit, and watching the 1880 train roll by. The hosts were very responsive and thoughtful in all the amenities provided and such a well stocked kitchen. We couldn’t ask for a better and more comfortable stay!

Cozy home in the woods!

The rental was tucked away just a mile and half from the center of Keystone. Rick and Linda were amazing host and thought of all the little things. They helped with ideas for local eateries. They even helped with directions with the road closures. Would definitely recommend to others. When we come again we plan to stay with Rick and Linda!

Perfect location

This was an excellent place to stay and would be our first choice in the Black Hills. The open floor plan was so easy to become accustomed to and to use the numerous extras this property comes with. A true paradise.

Beautiful home, great location!

Rick and Linda’s home is beautiful and clean! The house is in the perfect location! We all enjoyed the game room, the ongoing puzzle, and of course the 1880 train rolling by! It was nice to come back to a peaceful home away from home after our daily adventures with kids. We would for sure stay again!

This beautiful property is ideally located in the heart of the Black Hills, easy, short travel times to your destinations to include the Badlands, Mt Rushmore, the Needles Highway, Custer State Park, the 1880 train, Crazy Horse, Sheridan and Pactola Lakes, Deadwood, Sturgis and Spearfish Canyon to name just a few wonderful area sites!

We are situated right along the 1880 train route. In the mornings we awaken to the lovely smell of pine trees and in the cool evenings we are surrounded by the smell of campfires. We see deer and turkey regularly on our propery! It's truly just this side of heaven!
