Enjoy this newly renovated happy MCM ranch for a serene retreat, sporting event, visit with your college student, concert, reunion with friends or any of the other opportunities the vibrant town of Ann Arbor has to offer! Walking distance to the stadium (about 15-minute walk; people park on the cross street called Greenview and you'll see plenty of people walking from nearby houses), this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3+ baths home features 3 queen beds with nightstands and charging towers. You will have 3 full bathrooms, each with shower or shower-tub combo, hair dryers, and shampoos & conditioners in each, plus a half-bath for extra convenience. Work at the spacious desk in the sun-lit 4-season office-sun-room and take advantage of the high-speed wi-fi. Work-out on the Peloton, treadmill, elliptical, yoga mat, and weight bench (set of dumbbells included). Relax and play darts in the lower-level's window-lit family room or watch the large TV in the living room with access to Roku and all your subscribed-to streaming services. Sit out on the deck, grill some burgers on the brand-new Blackstone grill, and toss the football (or kick the soccer ball) around the large fenced-in yard. Dogs welcome. No cats (allergies, sorry). Close access to campus, downtown, grocery stores, and freeway entrances. Walking distance to stadium, Crisler Arena, Fisher Stadium. Felt very well attended to during our stay at this cute house in Ann Arbor. We had an issue arise on day one, and our host worked quickly to resolve it so we could focus on exploring and enjoying our visit back to the area. Zingerman’s butterscotch pudding for the win!

Here for a weekend visiting my niece at U. of Michigan. What a great find! The other members of my traveling party kept complimenting ME for finding this on VRBO. Very clean, with beautiful modern appliances and fixtures, yet with a cool, retro decor. It’s a beautiful house where the host seemingly thought of everything to make guests’ stays comfortable (including plentiful power outlets in all the bedrooms, the lack of which is a problem I see in many rentals). The master suite, especially the bathroom and shower, was beautiful. In addition, check-in was easy, and the host was a great communicator. I can’t recommend this rental highly enough!

Everything was clean and well organized. Had everything we needed and love that it is a dog friendly property. The only thing I couldn't give five stars on was value but that is because it was graduation weekend in Ann Arbor and nothing is what I would consider a "value." The hosts were exceptional to deal with and we would 100% recommend. Thanks!

This was an amazing property. The details for this house were incredible — the mid-century vibes were so cool. We had a great stay — the photos do not do it justice. The water pressure was good. It had all of the amenities that you would want. We did not use the washer and dryer, but so glad that it was there. The host was amazing and we had a great time. Will stay again when visiting Ann Arbor.

Great house! Great location! Very clean and well stocked. 10 out of 10. Basement and work out room were a huge plus. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we were visiting family. We look forward to returning to our new home away from home when we are up visiting our family in Michigan.

This home was wonderful to stay in for our family of 5 weekend trip to Ann Arbor. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The home is spacious and has beautiful clean tile and hardwood floors. There are plenty of bathrooms and rooms to spread out and enjoy your time there. The basement was amazing as well with many options like a table for games, dart board, and exercise room. We utilized the private backyard deck as well since the weather was so nice! We walked (about a mile) to the stadium several times. Check in and check out were a breeze and even though I didn’t need to ask anything during our stay because everything was so nicely prepared. Anytime I did contact the host they responded quickly!

The house is exactly as advertized. Very comfortable with separate full baths for each bedroom. Nicely set up for hanging out, or taking time alone. The shower heads are a little low, anyone over six feet will need to use the owners bathroom to shower. Host is very nice, pays attention to details and is responsive. Best stocked kitchen we have had at a vrbo!! It was easy to prepare our meals and the dishwasher is super quiet. Hope to stay here again!

Loved this little diamond in the rough. The home is exactly as advertised, very clean, well stocked and great location. The pets loved the fenced in backyard and daily treks through the nature trails near the property. Communication with Melanie from booking to check out was seamless, (great host to work with). Looking forward to our next stay in Ann Arbor , this property will be at the top of our list .

In Ann Arbor, we enjoy everything from trail biking in nearby recreation areas to dining at the many excellent restaurants to attending performances at Hill Auditorium or the Ark or any of the other many performance venues to quiet walks around the neighborhood and university campus.

It's a 15-minute walk to the stadium, and a short drive to downtown, main campus of University of Michigan, all kinds of shopping, farmers' market, movie and performance theaters, and freeway entrances.
