Really cool place, actually was more spacious than we thought from the photos. A lot of great touches and fully stocked with coffee, tea snacks etc...Located above a bar/restaurant - a little noise from street and bar music, but nothing that bothered us that much.

Host was very communicative. There are bars nearby and that is called out in the description but ear plugs were provided and they were helpful, mostly for the bass not that it was very loud.

Great location, very walkable to downtown and short drive to most things you would want to do. The host was very communicative and helpful. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend this location to anybody looking to stay in Chattanooga.

Our family had an AMAZING time at the Speakeasy Flat. It is a beautiful condo that is eloquently decorated and so close to everything we wanted to do. The host was extremely kind and so easy to deal with.

after figuring out which lot and spots available it was easy.When I had a question, they got back to me fast that was great.beds are very soft which we all loved.

Love this place! Host was great with super fast communication. Parking was easy. It is located above a bar and one night it was super loud, but host was able to help with that. No problems at all with noise for the rest of the trip. Probably not a great place for kids because of the noise. I was traveling with young adults and they didn’t even hear the bar. Would stay again for sure great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The flat was beautiful and very comfortable. The beds and shower were very nice. It was stocked with all the amenities. The Property Manager, Savannah, was great. Very responsive and helped us with any questions. I was a little worried about the noise based on the description. My group didn’t have any issues. It’s near a busy street, sometimes you can hear traffic at night. But we were a group that enjoys the quiet, and we would stay here again.
