Located in Corvallis, just three miles from Oregon State University, this well-appointed townhome offers all the amenities you need in a location that's close to all the services you could ask for. This welcoming property features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds, perfect for a family, a group of friends, or anyone looking for a tranquil getaway. The fully-stocked kitchen and comfortable dining area let you manage meals while enjoying the company of your companions.

Two bathrooms accommodate even busy kids, and the extra en-suite vanity in the Twin Room reduces congestion even more. The upstairs tub offers a hot soak at the end of the day, while the downstairs shower facilitates a quick clean-up after a hike or bike ride.

The living space is large and open to the kitchen and dining room, so you can enjoy all three spaces while lounging in any one of them. Roku TVs (x3) offer you access to your own streaming channels, and the resident turkey flock and deer herd entertain you outside. A single garage doubles the private parking facility - the front driveway is all yours, too.

Just 2 miles east is TimberHill Shopping Mall with groceries, pet supplies, a mailing location, and several fun restaurants. You'll be close to OSU, and downtown is only a 10-minute drive. Note, too, that Corvallis offers free public transit and the bus stop is just 200 from your front door.

It was perfect for our small group of friends. Not too far from Corvallis and was a comfortable home base for Oregon State University's Parents Weekend.

Great place for 70 year old parents to visit their OSU grad student. 3nd time staying here. Well- stocked kitchen, bathrooms, bed linens, games. Park in garage convenient. There was not a thing we had to buy while there -- twice now. Turkeys and deer fun. Lots to do in Corvallis -- all around area. Good food near campus and near downtown, river walk. Great nature walks, Bald Hill is a particular favorite. The more we visit Corvalis, the more we like it.Market of Choice is a favorite to eat.

The host was responsive to inquiries sent to the app. The house was well equipped. The house was clean and well maintained. I liked that both bathrooms were accessible from the hallways. We parked one car in the garage and one car on the driveway. For some reason the entry code was not sent when we were supposed to be able to enter. I did get it from the host through the app, once it became clear I did not receive it automatically. I would prefer to get it earlier, and have the door code start working at the time we are allowed to enter. It was stressful the way it was handled. There also were only thin blankets on the beds. We were given more once we requested them. I wish I could text directly with the host rather than use the app, I have done that with hosts with other houses rented through VRBO but I am not sure that is allowed anymore. In general, I liked the house and would rent it again.

I love to entertain, so my sweet suite is comfortable and flexible for any occasion. The dining table easily fits board games and family dinners, and the open concept lets the cook join in from the range island. Corvallis offers loads of fun things to do and see, and the Oregon Coast beckons just 45 minutes away. You'll LOVE your visit!

I love spending my mornings watching the turkeys frolic in the backyard, sometimes having to dodge the deer! The sunlit spaces are bright, even when it's cloudy, and all the markets, shopping, and dining I enjoy are just minutes from the front door.
Not least, as a wine aficionado, I'm thrilled to own a home in the heart of the Willamette Valley (will-LAM-et), known worldwide for its Pinot Noirs. More than 1200 wineries are nestled within the Valley's gentle slopes. This home is convenient to the city, the beach, and the Valley. It's quiet, comfortable, inviting, and relaxed.

Set on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home offers function and fun, all within minutes of Corvallis, Oregon State University, and the beautiful fields of the Valley. The beach is an hour to the west, while the Cascade Mountains are 2 hours to the east. Portland is two hours north, and Eugene is just 1 hour south. No matter what you want to do, you're close to already there when you're staying at 4033.
