Welcome to The Alder Stay, where cozy meets classy in the heart of Arlington! This stylish two-story townhome has everything you need - comfy beds, TVs in every room, a clean and calming vibe, and even a seasonal pool. Whether youâre in town for a game or a getaway, this spot keeps you close to the action but comfy enough to stay in all weekend. Perfectly located near AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, and endless dining and entertainment options.

The Alder Stay is located in a modest, quiet townhome community that offers a peaceful home base while keeping you close to all the action Arlington is known for.
Just a short drive away, youâll find AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor â perfect for sports fans and thrill-seekers alike. For shopping, head to The Parks Mall at Arlington or the Arlington Highlands, both packed with great stores and restaurants.
When itâs time to eat, local favorites like Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, The Social House, Torchyâs Tacos, and BoomerJackâs Grill are all nearby. Whether youâre craving a casual bite or a lively atmosphere before the big game, thereâs something for everyone.

Guests have full access to the entire townhome, including all living spaces and bedrooms. One covered parking spot is provided, and additional uncovered parking is available on-site for extra vehicles.

Downstairs youâll find the inviting living area with comfortable seating and a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen ready for your favorite meals, and a dining area perfect for sharing them. The primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom is also located on the main level for easy access.
Upstairs are two additional bedrooms - one with two queen beds and the other with one queen bed, along with a shared full bathroom. Every bedroom has its own TV, giving everyone a comfortable spot to relax after a day of exploring.
Guests enjoy one covered parking spot and access to the seasonal community pool. Conveniently located near AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Six Flags, and plenty of great restaurants, The Alder Stay makes it easy to experience the best of Arlington in a warm, welcoming home thatâs modest, cozy, and impeccably clean.
The Alder Stay is conveniently located for easy travel around Arlington and the greater DFW area. While most guests prefer to drive or use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, major highways (I-20, I-30, and TX-360) are just minutes away for quick access to both Dallas and Fort Worth. Car rental agencies are available nearby, and DFW International Airport is only about 25 minutes away. Arlington doesnât currently have a traditional public transit system, but everything you need is just a short drive away.
*Please note there is a possibility of some noise, as the neighboring unit has a dog that may bark occasionally. For your comfort, we provide ear plugs and a white noise machine to help ensure a restful stay.
*Guests also have access to pool towels, available for your convenience if youâd like to enjoy the seasonal community pool during your visit.
*This is NOT a party house. No parties of any kind are allowed! We take our relationships with our neighbors seriously. This home is for residential use only. Reservation will be cancelled without refund if complaints/notice of a party are received
*NO SMOKING anywhere on the property since the smoke carries inside the house and to our neighbors. No marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, nor vaping allowed.
