The house was in a great location - restaurants, bars, and a Harris Teeter grocery store were within easy walking distance... oh and excellent ice cream as well! Our host was very easy to contact, and she responded quickly to any question before and during our stay.

This house was the perfect location to enjoy our friends' wedding weekend. The kitchen was the best stocked of any VRBO we have stayed in. Loved the screened-in back porch and spent most of our time hanging out there with our kids and friends. The owner is very responsive and allowed for a last-minute request for late check-out due to flight changes. We will stay here again when visiting.

Very cute, comfortable home. It was so nice to have three bedrooms/three baths. One bath is off the living room, the other is “jack and jill” style between the front, two bedrooms and the third in an ensuite. The location is great, with walkability to restaurants and bars. The host was very responsive to our questions and I would definitely recommend staying here.

We arrived early and host allowed us to check in earlier which was greatly appreciated. Home is very convenient to walking into community downtown area, and walking around in historic neighborhood. One item of note is that the train tracks are close by so you hear its whistle when it passes through (sometimes at night). Otherwise, nice stay.

We had a great stay in the bungalow in Charlotte. The location couldn’t be better with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and the grocery store within a quick walk. We really loved Giddy Goat for coffee, Midwood Barbecue and DTR. The bungalow was perfect for our needs and we loved the super comfy beds and water pressure in the shower. The hosts were very responsive when contacted asking for an early check-in and later check out to accommodate our flights. Thanks so much. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This wonderful, quaint vacation rental was perfect for our group of six adults! We were in town for a long weekend, and the home’s easy access to the Gold Line made getting to Uptown Charlotte a breeze. We also enjoyed using the convenient Lime scooters to get around. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, and breweries nearby. The home had everything we needed, and the charming décor and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. We felt safe at all times. The host was very responsive.

The property was clean and accurate to the advertisement. While overall comfortable, there were a number of maintenance items that detracted from the overall experience. Notwithstanding those items, the price and location of the property were very positive, and the communication with Courtney was excellent. Overall we had a great stay.
