Nyare konstruktion, 2 900 kvadratmeter hus (2300 "huvudnivÄer, 600" kÀllare) med vidstrÀckt utsikt över Breckenridge Ski Area och ten Mile Range. Hem och badtunna ligger intill French Creek och rymmer upp till 11. Nyligen fÀrdigstÀlld kÀllare med 47 'HDTV, Blue Ray DVD, Bar och spelrum.

The place is great and is generally reflective of the listing. What the listing doesn’t capture however are the super views of the mountains and the sounds and beauty of the adjacent creek. We really enjoyed the house

Breck in the Summer

Everything was amazing. The home is spacious and accommodates everyone well. The open living room flows into the kitchen and that opens into the sitting room. The entire basement is a kid paradise. Every window offers views of peak 8, 9, & 10. The 2 car garage fits an SUV with our Thule travel carrier on top with room to spare. The property is a 5 minute drive to everything you need. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for everything!

Very welcoming house!

This was a very nice experience. From the roomy-ness of the house, to the creek out back, to the game room (the teens loved it and slept there),to the mountain view, to the two living areas, we just loved everything about our stay. You won't be disappointed! And the owners were lovely to work with.

Perfect spot for a large family or a couple families.

Excellent spot for our two families, 4 adults and five kids. 2 master bedrooms, bunk room, and lots of space for everyone to hang out. Would definitely stay here again.About 5 minute drive to the Breckenridge gondola drop off.

35 years later high school friends gather

The size and location of the home was perfect for our group of 9 long-time friends. We were especially grateful for the garage parking and snow removal from the front walk and driveway since we got quite a few inches of snow overnight, which made skiing awesome. We were very happy with our stay! The home was immaculate and the host was very hospitable. The beds were comfy and the home was very warm and charming, yet updated. The home included plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies - everything we could have wanted and more. One of our highlights was the hottub with the gorgeous mountain views! I would happily stay here again and rent from this reponsive host!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was perfect with plenty of room to spread out. One thing that's often hard to find is a comfortable couch that fits everyone, but this one was fantastic—super comfy and plenty of room! The views of the mountain were incredible. It's tough to say what was the best part—drinking coffee in the morning while watching the snowcats groom the slopes, enjoying a glass of wine in the evening watching them, or waking up in the middle of the night and seeing them hard at work through the large windows. The kitchen was an ideal spot for cooking and chatting with the family. We’ll definitely consider renting here again. Also, the homeowners were very responsive and pleasant when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Breckenridge trip

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Great location walk to downtown. Fantastic views and the sound of the stream at your doorstep. The house is large enough for our group of 7 adults to each have some room for privacy or work. We will definitely return. Highly recommend.

Family owned for twenty years. We live in Littleton, Colorado, and love to vacation in Breckenridge year round. It's a great town, and our whole family loves to visit town, ski, sled, bike ride, and stay at our house.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Breckenridge has great activities year round. This location allowed us to get ~3000 square feet of new construction with great proximity to town: the free bus a block away, or a 20 minute walk during summer.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We have a great view of Peak 8 from our house (and hot-tub). There is a creek right behind the house, which is fun to listen to during spring, summer and fall.
