Rymlig lägenhet i centrum med stor takterrass

Underbart rymlig lägenhet med magnifik högt välvt tak och stor solig takterrass mitt i Alberobellos hjärta. Idealiskt beläget för att dra nytta av denna vackra stad och område eller helt enkelt slå tillbaka och koppla av på terrassen.

Lägenheten, med sin egen stora och soliga takterrass (20 m2), står två våningar uppe på toppen av en historisk byggnad, tros ha byggts för en tidigare borgmästare i staden och har nyligen renoverats av lokala hantverkare i 2006 - plattorna på golvet och badrumsväggarna är alla lokalt utformade och de nyligen exponerade stenhuggen på väggarna är vackra. De gamla stenmurarna behåller värmen på vintern och håller den sval på sommaren. Det finns två sovrum - en dubbelsäng med eget badrum och ett med två enkelsängar. Det finns också ett separat duschrum. Resten av lägenheten är rymlig och öppen planlösning med kök, matplats och vardagsrum som leder ut till terrassen.

Arabella stay May 24 Amazing!

Great location, walking distance to everything. Marco, our contact was super helpful and very responsive. The property was very clean, very spacious and was equipped with everything we needed. We stayed for 7 nights and would definitely stay again. Thank you for the great stay! Margot

Convenient Apartment

The apartment is well furnished and comfortable and has a great view from the terrace. The owner is easy to contact. Be aware that there are many steps to the apartment.

Sehr schön Wohnung ind sehr guter Lage

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung, um Alberobello zu Fuss zu erkunden. Alberobello selbst ist sehr gut gelegen, um in 1-Tagesausflügen einige der schönsten und interessantesten Städte Apuliens zu besuchen. Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand, äußerst sauber und sehr gemütlich. Frühstück und Abendessen auf der Terasse bleiben in bester Erinnerung. Ausgezeichnete Betten. Zu manchen Tageszeiten kann die Parkplatzsuche etwas dauern, aber man findet immer einen :-) Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert!

ideale per soggiorno ad Alberobello

Abbiamo soggiornato dopo Pasqua in quattro persone e la recensione dell'appartamento non può essere che positiva. L'abbiamo trovato molto pulito, ristrutturato con tutte le stoviglie disponibili, con elettrodomestici e impianto di riscaldamento efficienti. La posizione è molto vicino al centro, tranquillo con un bel terrazzo e con tutti i negozi necessari nei dintorni. Suggerisco al proprietario una tenda nella vasca da bagno (ma c'è anche la doccia) e qualche piccola mensola nei bagni. Sarebbe anche necessario un collegamento wi-fi. Appartamento consigliatissimo.

Mooi appartement

Leuk en goed appartement. Rustig gelegen midden in een stadje. We waren daar in de winter. De verwarming was prima, dus dat is geen rede om niet te gaan. Je kan in de straat achter appartement goed en gratis de auto parkeren. Ik kan het iedereen aan raden

Very nice flat for exploring Alberobello and its surroundings

The flat is very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the spacious living room and kittchen area, the roof-top terrace and the board games! The flat is a great base for exploring Alberobello on foot, and the greater surroundings by car (Matera, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Bari). The coast is not far (less then 30 min by car) and there are nice spots for snorkeling close to Savelletri. Communication with Marc was very fast and uncomplicated, even though we booked on very short notice. Highly recommended.

You won’t be disappointed here.

This little town is full of surprises. Quiet in the day yet extremely lively in the evening. The people are lovely. This flat has stairs, but the terrrace up stairs makes up for the climb. It was emaculately clean. No Wifi, but for an addition 30 euro a month you can get your own connection 2 doors away. I recommend this place highly.

Airy and unusual apartment

A new area for us, we very much enjoyed exploring Alberobello and the surrounding area. The whole area around the town is gorgeous and the nearby hill top towns full of character. Mark's guide to the location really helped and every meal out was very good. The apartment is very well equipped for eating in and we took full advantage of that. The view from the balcony is urban but the open air and shade when we needed it was very welcome. It was easy to spend time relaxing in the comfortable main room. Just what we wanted as our base for the week.

A Unique Apartment.

This place has everything that one needs for a long term stay. Plenty of space, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and a washing machine to boot! Those who 'hit the road' for a while know the importance and freshly laundered clothes.. lookshury! Also right in the centre of town with plenty of convenience shops nearby. Hey Mark, we also gave the plants a good watering.

Ideal, comfortable apartment and location

A well equipped, comfortable and homely apartment in the lovely town of Alberobello with excellent attention from the owners. It is an ideal position to not only enjoy the town with its famous trulli, but also to explore the many other beautiful and interesting places around Puglia. We used the local shops where everyone was friendly and helpful and ate in a number of the restaurants in the town where the food was always good but particularly good service and food at La Cantina. A return visit is in order to visit the places we missed!

Beautiful, well equipped apartment with wonderful roof terrace.

Spent a month here. Plenty of places to visit with a car but trains also good. Most amenities very near the apartment. Lots of good cafes and restaurants.

Fabulous Spring Stay

My husband and I stayed in Mark's apartment for just under 3 weeks. Everything was perfect! The apartment has been beautifully redone, with all the conveniences you could ask for, including a spacious terrace. There was not one thing we needed. Having a washing machine and a dishwasher certainly was nice. The beds were comfy, the bathroom is spacious with a great shower, and the terrace was absolutely awesome! The location is superb. The apartment is just far enough from the trullis to ensure you are not overrun with tourists. Yet everything is within easy walking distance. Alberobello is a charming town. We could not have been happier using Mark's apartment as our base and we could not have been happier choosing Alberobello. All in all, a great holiday!! Thanks, Mark, for making it possible!!

Lovely apartment

We were very impressed with the apartment, the renovation was done very tastefully and modern. The location is great as it's not far to walk to the Trulli village and other attractions. There is a good selection of restaurants close by, we had some very nice dining experiences at reasonable prices. I would recommend doing a Segway tour with Francesco, he is a fantastic guy who can't do enough for you. Only 20euro for an hour tour and he takes you to some traditional Trulli's where the normal tourist doesn't go. All in all we had a very nice stay, thanks to Alison for meeting us with the key and giving us some pointers. There was only one problem with the wifi but after contacting Mark the owner he had it sorted out within the hour. Thanks Mark

Lovely Holiday!

We had a fab holiday based in this apartment. Alborobello is a lovely town with lots of fantastic restaurants and of course the trullis. Sip an aperol spritz on the town square early evening and watch the world go by! Or sample the many different flavours of ice cream in the gelaterias! The weather in mid/late August was sunny and warm. We visited the coast and swam in the sea (also warm!) nearly every day. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with a beautiful vaulted stone ceiling and the owners very helpful with local knowledge and recommendations. Shops all nearby so everything is in walking distance. We really enjoyed exploring Puglia and the children (8 and 6) enjoyed their holiday too - they loved the pizza, pasta and nutella ice cream! And of course, the fantastic water park at Egnaiza!

Alberobello appartment

Alberobello's one of the best small towns to stay in Puglia and the Itria valley's a very attractive area. May a good time to go; very warm without being too hot. Plenty shops and good restaurants in town and loads of atmosphere particularily at weekends. Appartment very comfortable, terrace a sun-trap and always able to park car nearby. Owner very helpful. Top storey so not recommended if mobility problems.

Wonderful snowy New Year 2015

We spent 5 magnificant days at this appartment - very comfortable, with buitifull terasse and barbecue, near to the center of town. Owner is rarely kind person who we don't know, but hope to see in the future when visit Alberobello again:) Petia and Emil from Sofia, Bulgaria

comodo appartamento in centro

Forse il maggior pregio di questo appartamento è la posizione strategica. Una volta arrivati, possiamo dimenticare l'auto perchè in pochi minuti si raggiungono a piedi sia il cenrtro che la stazione FS. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento perfettamente pulito e in ordine. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che avesse due bagni, uno con vasca da bagno, l'altro con doccia, che non è comune per un bilocale. La cucina è dotata di lavastoviglie e lavatrice, entrambi molto utili quando si viaggia con la famiglia. Gradita anche la presenza di un lettino pieghevole. L'appartamento è al secondo piano e la mancanza di un ascensore si fa sentire specialmente quando si arriva con le valigie e quando si parte. Fortunatamente c'è un androne al pianterreno dove si possono lasciare tranquillamente bciclette e passeggino. Infine, abbiamo apprezzato la flessibilità del proprietario, sia quando sembrava che dovessimo annullare il nostro soggiorno, sia quando poi abbiamo deciso di prolungarlo di altri 5 giorni. Complessivamente il mio giudizio è ottimo. Lo consiglio vivamente.

functional apartment in centre town

A soberly furnished and perfectly located apartment in the centre of Alberobello, at walking distance from the railway station and from "Cosma and Damiano" cathedral. We appreciated very much the apartment having two bathrooms, the first equipped with bathtub, the latter equipped with shower, which you appreciate when you travel with your family. The apartment is also equipped with washing machine, dish-washer as well as those small appliances such as iron, hairdryer, toaster, etc. We also found a foldable cradle; thus avoiding bringing one with us. though there is no lift to the apartment, which is at the second floor, there is a wide foyer downstairs where we could leave our stroller. Though we never cooked in the apartment, we found the kitchen very well equipped. We enjoyed our breakfasts inside, as well as our evenings on the terrace.

A relaxing and beautiful place to stay

Alberobello is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its fascinating Trulli houses. The apartment is a lovely place to stay and explore the area, with plenty of interesting destinations for all ages. The roof terrace is perfect for barbecues. Personal favourites were Taranto for lunch and Egnazia for some excellent Roman ruins. Thoroughly recommended!

Great apartment in the centre of Alberobello

Great apartment in the heart of town. Loved the balcony and very cosy with lots of character inside. Nice and clean and well kitted out with everything we needed. Shops on your doorstep. Great Cycling around the Trulli countryside. Would highly recommend to future visitors. Martin/Wintle family of 4 (2 Adults + 2 Teenagers)

First Class Apartment

We have just had a wonderful week in this lovely apartment - I can't recommend it highly enough. Having re-read the previous reviews I am having difficulty in finding something new to say so I would just like to say that we agree with all the positive things said. It was a real treat to have all the comforts of home in this spotlessly clean apartment so well located in the centre of town. We loved being able to walk to shops and stroll around the piazza in the evenings. The owners provided plenty of really helpful information and were happy to answer all my queries.

Fantastic, highly recommend

A lovely apartment with everything that we needed in a great location. We enjoyed the time we spent on the roof terrace and did plenty of exploring in Puglia. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, a super bakers, deli and weekly market. We had great weather, found the locals to be very friendly and had some wonderful food and ice cream. We enjoyed a fantastic 2 week holiday here, would highly recommend and will return.

Amazing!!

The apartment was beautiful and well furnished with a stunning roof top terrace. It is located within walking distance of all Alberobello has to offer. The apartment is a great base from which to explore the surrounding Puglia region or just to relax in the sunshine for a week. Alberobello itself is full of wonderfully quaint restaurants which offer great food accompanied by excellent service at very reasonable prices. Moreover, there are plenty of places to buy fresh healthy produce if you wish to cook. The people are friendly and welcoming and there is a lovely atmosphere about the place. There is plenty to do besides eating; with beaches, swimming pools, local markets and attractions all easily accessible from the apartment. Alberobello has everything you need to enjoy a memorable week or two in the sun. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic Apartment

My wife and I stayed in this wonderful apartment in September 2012 and absolutely loved it! It has everything we needed and the owners have obviously taken a lot of care and thought about what to provide. The notes and information were a great help and we had a number to call in case of emergencies which gave us peace of mind. The building itself is magnificent and the size of the apartment with its wonderful vaulted ceilings give the place a unique feel. The terrace is a great plus and we really appreciated being first to use the new barbecue - we used it regularly! Alberobello town centre is only a a quick stroll away and we appreciated being able to wander into town for lunch or evening drinks without having to take the car. Parking was easy though and we took the owners advice and always found parking spaces in the streets behind the building. One restaurant we would recommend is Guercio which has a fabulous outdoor terrace in the middle of Largo Martellotta opposite the Trulli. I can't recommend this apartment enough for anyone wishing to stay in Alberobello. We will be back!
