A picture perfect 30A getaway! Nestled in the heart of NatureWalk, we present ~ Magnolia by the Sea! A 4 bedroom, 3.5-bath home featuring amazing amenities (think golf cart + bikes!) access to 2 pools (seasonally heated too!) and easy beach access via the Lily Lane beach Trail. The home sleeps 12 with both a first floor and second floor king bed en suite.

- Guest Bedroom (2nd Floor): Queen bed with shared hallway full bath.
- Primary Suite (2nd Floor): King bed, en suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and soaking tub. Bonus here: balcony access and a porch swing!
- Bunk Room: (2nd Floor): 2 Twin bunk beds. Sleeps 4 total.

- Premium Goods; Full size Public Goods lotion, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are stocked in every bathroom & kitchen

- Leave your beach gear at home, we've got you covered– we provide towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys.

⛱️Minutes to the Shore ~
- The Lilly Lane beach trail leads you right to the San Juan Beach access point – it's a 10-15 min walk down the trail to San Juan Ave.
- Santa Clara Regional Access point. 10 min golf cart ride! Offers parking, lifeguards, and restrooms. You can also rent chairs, umbrellas, bonfires, etc.. here.
- Grayton Dunes – this one is a 15 min ride. Beautiful dunes and entry point, plus it's super scenic! There is parking and lifeguards available here as well.

To note:
- Parking: 2 spots in the driveway and street parking also available.
- This home requires a minimum stay of 6 nights due to HOA requirements.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow 1 dog that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
